- Luscious Lemon Mustard Sauce Elevates Baked Cod To New Heights!
Hello all. If you want a restaurant standard dish with minimal effort, you really need this dish as one of your go to meals. It is so simple and on the table in under 20 minutes. I cook this nearly every week.
I'd be made up if you'd consider subscribing to my channel / @richiethefoodie
Ingredients - serves 4
50g (4tbsp) Unsalted Butter
2 Tbsp Lemon Joice
1 Heaped Tbsp Dijon Mustard
125ml (1/2 Cup) Double (Heavy Cream)
1 Shallot Onion (Echalot)
4 Cod Fillets - Or Other White Fish - แนวปฏิบัติและการใช้ชีวิต
Looks delicious and so simple to make. ❤️🌺
Hello again! Thanks so much. Yes, it really couldn’t get any easier. Great results with the minimum of effort. Thanks for stopping by 🙋🏻♂️😀RTF
Thanks very much for watching. What would you like to see me cook next? Let me know 😀
Could you do a video about your top 5 favorite cookidoo recipes? Or cookomix recipes? I know you have around 30 videos for the thermomix but it would be great to see your top picks
And also what would you cook for guests? :)
@@skyfairzzz8923 hey there, that’s a great idea. I’ll look into it. I think my top 5 are all on the channel, but I could do some kind of compilation video I guess! As for a dinner party, I’d do the mushroom chicken, without a doubt, you’d have to cook it in two batches and reheat it all in a pan though if cooking for more than 2. Hope this helps. Thanks for your support 🙋🏻♂️😀RTF
Other ideas I'd love to see on your channel: basically any thermomix recipe :)
-green curry
-meatballs
-dhal
-poke bowl
-butter chicken@@RichieTheFoodie
@@skyfairzzz8923 some great ideas there, thanks for sharing. I have a lot planned for the tm6 now the summer is almost done. Stay tuned, and again, thanks so much for your support 🙋🏻♂️😀RTF

Hey I just got a thermomix after seeing your videos, you looked like you knew what you were doing haha and it was good to see a chef using the thermomix (and not a beginner at cooking)
Can’t wait to try some recipes with the help of your videos 🤗
Hey there! Oh my goodness, no pressure on me then, I really do hope you like it. If you have any questions, please shout up. I’m happy to help. As for me being a Chef, thanks for the compliment! I appreciate you stopping by and sharing your thoughts. Welcome to the channel 🙋🏻♂️😀RTF
Brilliant recipe, I will definitely give this one a try. Codfish is extremely popular in my country (Portugal), but I didn't know this recipe.
Hello again! It most certainly is. It produces beautiful results for so little effort. I hadn’t realised you were from Portugal. I’d like to visit there one day. Thanks so much for your continued support. Let me know how the recipe turns out for you. 🙋🏻♂️😀RTF
Mmmmm looks so delicious
Hi Pippa. It tastes as good as it looks! Trust me on this one. Thanks very much for watching and supporting the channel 🙋🏻♂️😀RTF
So I finally tried this one and the final result was perfect: exquisite recipe and incredibly easy to prepare. Two tips: I think shalotts are essential, they really add a lot of flavor; and, of course, choose an excellent piece of fish, I used cod loins.
Hi there. I’m really glad you enjoyed the recipe. I do agree that the shallot adds a lot of flavour. Sometimes they aren’t easily available here. Thanks very much for taking the time to leave a comment 🙋🏻♂️😀RTF
