Mopar motor dates are always manufactured for the next year so a 67 date would be for 68 ,what’s the date code on the side of the oil pan ridge I could look it up for you

Check the flange on the motor where the transmission bolts. Drivers side should have the VIN stamped
Look at the stamp up front too right, should say HP 440 D something like that for the plant and date also when it was assembled

I would replace the frame rails.
They are new that’s one of the first things we replaced

You need to replace both frame rails. You have 2 new ones. Why not replace both of them. I'm enjoying your restoration.
