I'm from Orlando originally and have been living near the LA area for the past 10 years. Looking forward to moving back in the next year or so. Really hoping unicorp converts the fashion square mall area into somewhat of lifestyle center like "The Grove" in LA or the "The Americana at Brand" in Glendale. Really nice, elevated, shopping, dining, and entertainment experience. This is a great opportunity for Unicorp to really change the downtown area!
Oh totally agree! The outdoor space and lifestyle areas are super popular and would transform the baldwin park/fashion square area
I hope they will build a new gorgeous mega shopping mall here in Orlando.
It is amazing how the shopping habits changed. He is on point that people shop online and go to malls to enjoy and socialize.
Once the rebuild the Fashion Square Mall it will bring a lot of new business to the area.

Downtown area is so poor and lacking modern architecture and outdoor beauty for walking or gathering 🙁
Amazing to think how different Central Florida’s trajectory could have been if someone like Chuck wasn’t in charge of the reopening committee. Businesses could’ve easily been held hostage for a year + without reopening, really stagnating growth. Props to him for seeing the right path forward.

I feel like we need a new beautiful luxury shopping mall here in Orlando like something like the Aventura Mall in Miami or The American Dream Mall here, like a big mega mall, I believe it will be a astonishing idea especially in Central Florida’s boom. Like a mall that is indoor and a outdoor plaza with shops restaurants and entertainment. Hope this will happen soon. I was kind of sad when Isquare Mall wasn’t pushed thru.

Hello Chuck, I would like to make some suggestions to make the suburbs of Orlando much better. I am in Winter Garden. We do not have a big gym that has an indoor pool or a walking track or a gym that is open 24 hours. Can you start a project in Horizon West with building a gym? We have too much restaurants here. We also need some bowling alleys that are new and modern. I do not want to go to Disney Springs and wait 2 hours to bowl for one hour.
My favorite car is the Korvette, I would love to buy a white Korvette some day in the future.
Tell him to get behind UCF. It's not the NFL but we have the opportunity to get their football program now residing in the Big 12 to the top level.
Life style center needed in Windermere we need more things this way.

Chuck, can we have more parks with tennis courts. We do not have many tennis courts in Winter Garden. Windermere has tennis courts but you have to be a Windermere resident in order to play tennis. It rains here alot and we need more indoor activities. We do not need more apartments. We need more single story houses that offers people to act like a community and plant themselves and not be transit residents in apartments

Chuck, we need a mall with prestigious stores here in Winter Garden. I do not shop at Disney Springs because those stores are lousy. I do not like the MIllienial mall because it is a teenage hangout
I do like the guy but I am Sad that some of his new apts are just really cheap. I was hoping the apts would be a bit nicer.
Chuck, I am a renter and my rent increased by $300 per month. I am a teacher in Orange County and earning less than $50K a year. I cannot afford the rent anymore. I am looking for a new job so I can increase my wages. Please hire me if you are so rich and think people are making big bucks and eating out. I do not eat out. I make my own food. I am not in the position to spend money on luxury items.

Chuck, we need new grocery stores. Publix is over priced and lacks a lot of food for Eastern Europe. We need competition for Publix. In Chicago, we had Jewel, Dominicks, Caputas, Burtera, Standard Market, etc..... We need more choices for food stores. We need casinos here !!!!

I am losing my job on May 31. I am a certified teacher and I am a certified paralegal and I have a business degree. Please hire me Chuck if you have any positions that matches my skills and education. I would appreciate it very much. Florida has a shortage of 9,000 teachers but I was hired late and so I am a contract worker. I need a new job !!!! Thank you
