Nice, im on Day 2 and feeling really uncomfortable after also having a tooth extraction, but bearing with it and setting up a good routine for meal preping / meal times seems to help and stop me from snacking so i can wear them for nearly 23hrs a day. Just hope i can stay consistant with it for the next 26weeks
It gets more comfortable I promise! I found the first 2 weeks very uncomfortable and you produce so much more saliva but it will eventually settle to the point it feels weird when they arent in! Good luck and all the best for your future perfect smile 😊
