mediocre gamer here with some insight on the silly dunsparce game/team!:
this paraspam team is mostly just a comfort pick, believe it or not, but it definitely requires rng to be at least a *little* in my favor, my body slams did NOT want to para at any point that game lmao.
as stupid as dunsparce is it really holds its own against a surprising number of mons, gengar notwithstanding (i've had it 1v1 boomless metagross on multiple occasions its kind of a beast), but its main purpose is to be a second serene grace bodyslammer next to rachi as an answer to ground types like pert and dol who jirachi often struggles against while bulky dunsparce actually takes hits surprisingly well as you saw in this game, and if wak end up dying too early i have curse rest lax as a second win con while also being a bodyslammer for wak, it coulda rested up at the end there vs aero and keep me in the game but the flinch was unfortunate
overall i'm not too upset with how rng treated me since its just how pokemon do, the tournament was fun and i had a good time just participating! GGs to all and thanks for the fun commentary!

I started out with dunsparce in gen3ou and it can actually do some useful stuff with headbutt flinches if the enemy is paralysed. But I would never bring it to a tournament, unfortunately you got really unlucky there. Respect!

I love Dunsparce! You should try Bite on it to get through Gengar. I use it sometimes with the set Body Slam/Headbutt/TWave/Bite
