Much easier than other videos I saw. Got it at my third attempt. I push my joystick down and do a downward attack instead of a left forward attack.

you can reach it also jumping from the platform. Did it twice and its much easier

I actually manage to do it. I jumped and then press attack + S (down) , but it only work one time, it still is very difficult
