    I have been practicing techniques to pull my attention away from thoughts of the mind and feelings of the heart.
    Practicing relax and release, more Shakti started moving up to and through the heart chakra.
    Relaxing is very important to being able to release samskaras.
    I have also been paying attention to keeping my heart from closing.
    Much more calmness, peace and joy.

    To anyone who doesn’t know already, Singer posts free talks he gives at his Temple of the Universe in Florida on that website. They post new ones for his Sunday morning talks and Monday and Thursday evening talks. Google Temple of the Universe and Michael A. Singer. “Take a journey beyond yourself” ❤💚💙

      ... and anyone can visit Temple of the Universe, which is a small lovely building in the woods near Gainesville Florida, and listen to Mickey live. It's a beautiful experience!

    This is fantastic! I am currently having fun learning about Richard, Rudd’s Gene Keys. And the sphere of my culture is 46.6, which embodies the Shadow of Seriousness, the Gift of Delight, and the Siddhi of Ecstasy. You bring amazing clarity to this aspect of how I engage life, the physical world, literally the stream of awareness/conscious, ie the tribe, that I embody/play with the Best! Time to take a bath and listen again lol… Thanks Michael!🥰🎶💖✨☀️🌺

      I think I get what you're saying. I was just thinking that this "relax and release" sounds great for traffic lights and parking spots. But what about the real problem in life - like no money to pay the rent, or diagnosis of cancer, on and on, abusive relationships, etc?

    The mind the mind and the mind you keep talking about the mind how about chemical imbalances in people sometimes a persons deterioration goes deeper than just the mind

      I know where this question comes from. I know this experience. You are correct. For me that moment when I let go of all teachers, and methods to be okay, to cope...literary and figuratively let it go and went on a deep explorative journey within, turning to my inner knowing for answers, letting go of all old identities, patterns, habits, while simultaneously pushing myself to exercise, eating nutritionally, supplementation and journalling. It was a deep spiritual journey without religion. This changed my biology, physiology, and psychology.

      @@Sophia-yo9rp Thanks for your post. I'm so struggling right now and I need to do what you talk about doing. But when your physically depressed, it's very hard sometimes to do these things and grab on to an edge.

    • @Sophia-yo9rp
      @Sophia-yo9rp 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@wendym2544 Wendy, yes, I deeply understand your experience. It is not easy. If you can't do these things, start small. For example, if you can't go for a walk, get out of bed, stand at your window, then slowly progress a few days later to the balcony until you progress to a walk around the block. Another good practice is to give yourself three small tasks to complete each day. They must be small, so you gain self-generated motivation to do a new set of three small tasks the next day. Write back Wendy. Tell me how this works. On the other side of depression is a beautiful life. Walk through this valley of darkness until you find it. It beckons you...follow that yearning. I send love.

      @@wendym2544 This acknowledgement or let's call it as awareness that you are depressed itself will lead you to fix the very same issue. You know inside that this is something that needs to be taken care. That's the game he is talking about..removing the heaviness out and playing it like a game. Don't get me wrong, I suffered from depression for many years but slowly I realized this is not the real me but something in me which requires fixing, and as Singer mentions I started looking at this problem like a puzzle to be solved. This approach spared me from the heaviness, sadness, dullness and the guilt. I'm not saying it's easy but worth a try.
