After reading and listening to the likes of Eckhart Tolle, Rupert Spira, Ram Dass etc. I can say that this 30 minute video describes the direct path to self realization the best for me. I live my life as I AM experiencing the world. The guy I know as my mind and my body are objects of the Subject. Objects that I’m just more intimately aware of, in other words the beam that is the I AM, simply shines on “my” body and “my” mind more than other forms in the world. That’s it 🤷🏻♂️ Thank you for this wonderful video. 🙏🏼 🧘🏻♂️

You are absolutely right. When I was at the Ashram in Salt Springs, Michael would come to speak during Yoga Teacher Training and he would always say, Yoga is not it. Nothing wrong with it, but it's not IT. As I see it, meditation, Yoga Nidra, etc., are also not it. They were definitely tools that helped me get to the space Mickey speaks of, but none of them are IT. Sometimes these things help me to get back to the self pretty darn quickly.

To inquire as to who sees, hears, is Aware of.......
It is becoming aware of the Seer that liberates us, that we are that witness, and to take the attention off of what is witnessed as it is impermanent....comes & goes

Michael teaches that the focus of awareness moves from what the 5 senses distracts consciousness from by what causes disturbances to seat of self which is consciousness itself.
What have heard Michael say awareness is what is used to focus attention on consciousness instead of objects of consciousness.
What does he say at the beginning of his talks. It sounds like a kind of greeting but I can’t make it out. Anyone know?
