I've recently just got back into photography after not doing it for years, i gave up as I didnt have a clue what I was wanting to do with it, I did so many different styles. This time I've found a love of street photography after hearing about Fan Ho, his work gives me that spark of inspiration that I've never had, then I came to youtube for ideas and happened upon your channel after a fair few others but none of them gave me that spark of inspiration, you however, you have, the same way Fan Ho has, absolutly love your work, and I can't wait to see more of it. You really can use anything just make sure you’re careful or your camera is sealed. Some people use special rain camera covering bags too. Thanks for watching!

By the way, Why didn't you just use an umbrella? That's what I always do when I go shoot in the rain with a camera that I can hold one hand

just remember, the leica q does not fare well with water :f
and make sure you have the hotshoe cover in place at all times, it seems to be a place where dust will make it into the camera and end up on the sensor >

Great video! When doing street photography how are you holding the camera when shooting the photos? Are you holding it chest high and viewing the display?

Put some gaffer tape over the microphone holes and it will help. Most of the damage will come through those holes. Dust is far worse than water. I keep the holes plugged on my QP and haven't had issues. I have seen what happens to one where that wasn't the case and it isn't pretty.
