  • I have been using athletic greens every single day for just over a year now and today I want to share with you both my objective and subjective results.
The objective part is important because I am going to use actual biomarker data to show what difference, if any, using athletic greens had on my health markers.
This video has been something a lot of people have been asking me for after I shared my experience with athletic greens after 90 days, so I am excited to make this follow-up.

Great video! Have you noticed any difference in Liver enzymes?

    • @runnersconnect

Thanks! I've never had any issues with my liver, so I have never had them checked. However, it would be a good data point to start tracking.

@@runnersconnect thanks for the reply! Yeah I think it would be a good idea to track liver function since some of the herb extract (green tea extract, ashwaghanda) does need liver to excrete. There’s a very small chance that there might be hepatoxicity when taking for long term.

I am wondering are you getting payed by AG1? I hate to ask but it seems a natural thing to find out.

Yes he is. That’s why he can offer discount links when you purchase.

That was my question as well. I take a AG1 so it’s all good, but I was curious.

Great vid Jeff! Kenji here, I take AG1 as well. Garden of Life’s Perfect Food Green Superfood is another good one, tastes a bit more earthy but a little cheaper. Both great products!

Great video!!!! There's so much hype about this product especially celebrities like Joe Rogan who recommends it which means probably 1/3 of the cost goes to him!!! Have you looked into any of the other green powders out there that are half the price? Thanks

4:03 water is easier to drink in the morning if you mix some lemon or blood in with it.

Pro tip: start your day drinking a mix of AG1 and the blood of your enemies to maximise health and performance.
