Yeah, it was pretty funky under there. They were actually having a company come out and encapsulate the crawl space the following week. They were laying down a new vapor barrier, insulating the block with rigid insulation, sealing off the foundation vents, and planning to condition the air down there with a dehumidifier. I bet it is much nicer down there now.
