Yes, i have made these and also included eggplant, mushrooms , olives etc it comes out great. Wonder if you can add Quinoa as one of the layers.. hmmm..
OH MY GODD THIS LOOKS SO GOOD!!! exactly like traditional one but you can eat how much you want without having to worry about calories or damage to your health
I like zucchini dishes and just cooked zucchini fritters without flour recently! Yes, zucchini is watery and you need to remove all the water out as much as possible. Thanks for great tips! I actually never tried zucchini lasagna! Such a nice idea and I added this recipe to my meal plan!👍😉
Wow this looks great! Very similar to a vegan version of a moussaka (which is eggplant instead of zucchini)! Well done! An awesome dish for when it starts to get cold here in NYC!😂😂
Think about it, when you make the traditional lasagna, you add salt when you are cooking the ground meat, plus, while patting to remove the water, she also removed a lot of the salt. So no, they should not taste salty. Just a small pinch will be enough to make them sweat.
Looks wonderful! However I got bad flashbacks when you were using the mandoline with your hand to grip the zucchini. One time I almost took the tip of my finger off on my mandoline getting lazy using my hand to hold a veggie while slicing. Never again!
Dad's Dishes same! I took a chunk of skin off my thumb one time and have been leery of them ever since. I cringed watching her sliding the zucchini with her fingers.
Great video!!! Where are U getting ur recipes from??? This is great!!! Now for all U diabetes!! Steam ur tomatoes and peel skins off. About 12 romas. Crush cooked tomatoes and season. We do this so we don't get sugar from processed sauces. Add sliced egg plant in btween zucchini. Great video!!!
NOW IM CRAVING LASAGNA AT 7am in the morning

Hi @Simply Quinoa I wanted to know at what temp do you make this because I’m going to make this today?!
Looks so good!!! Hate watery zucchini haha so keen to try this 😅
Looks soooo good...we enjoy watching you...
You have great recipes
hey alyssa! what kind of ricotta do you use?
Looks really yummy. 😊
Looks IRRESISTIBLE! 🥰🥰🥰
I’m gonna give this a go because I simply cannot find gluten free lasagna noodles 😫
i think its easyer if you spred ricotta on zucchini’s before you place them in pan
Won’t the zucchini’s taste salty if there not rinsed then patted dry?💚

Can I also buy the spoon on iherb 😔
