Alex is a great guy and a true romantic.
Alex is the guy who looks like he is a tough guy with those awesome tattoos but he really is a fluffy puppy. Simply a great guy and I dont even know him.
"How did time travel ruin the world?" The woman who funded The Adam Project (the big bad of the story), which Adam's dad worked on, went back in time and gave her past self instructions on how to make the money to be able to found a corporation. By doing so, she purchased a lot of companies that were not environmentally friendly to be able to develop the future technology seen in the film. Those companies wrecked the environment, all because of her greed.
Beautiful reaction, guys. Men showing emotion...love to see it! This movie got me too. I was sobbing in a few scenes and I did NOT expect that. What a treat of a movie! Funny, action-packed, heartbreaking, and hopeful all in one. Thanks for sharing your reactions with us.

I reacted the exact same as Alex did. The family stuff hit me really hard growing up with a single mother who did anything she could to give me a good childhood and putting up with so much. Love you mother

I’ve watched several reactions to this movie and Alex is the only one who had the same reaction as me when you hear the beeping. I was immediately brought back to the days of COD: Modern Warfare 2. In my mind I was expecting to hear, "TACTICAL NUKE INCOMING" 😂😂

The dad's son stuff makes this movie a male tearjerker. I still wet up even just watching reactions, especially if it's other guys. You know that sounds weird but if you're a guy you understand. Great film. Not a big Ryan Reynolds fan, but he definitely knows his craft. Don't know if you guys ever saw the science fiction film _Life_ - he was in that too. I'll shove up in the hope that you guys will react to it one day haha.

I loved your guys' reaction. This movie is amazing because like you said, it's not really groundbreaking in any way, but it definitely defied my expectations watching it the first time. I went into it expecting just a light-hearted comedy, but got that and so much more. I also love how they easily could have went the route of saving the dad and "fixing" the family's issues, but they didn't.

I'm a new subscriber hope your year is filled with blessings and happiness. I love seeing Jennifer Garner and Mark raffelo together again in a movie the first time I saw them together was in 13 going on 30. Also the love Ryan Reynolds has for his wife Blake lively is incredible he must have put that feeling into his character. Don't worry it's ok to cry watching a movie my fiancee does and I think it's refreshing to know and see that guys cry too I love when guys can be vulnerable.
