Just hooked up with my pb last week on a creek chub it was big 42 inch Wv musky, still looking for my 45 to get mounted to go with my first ever keeper musky that was 32 on a 10 inch white posseidon. 6 fish since last may so not doing to bad for only getting to go on the weekends. Thanks for the videos. Release them all unless they go on the wall 👍
Yeah that's what I hear too. I do some trolling but my brother and I prefer to cast. It also opens an opportunity to catch other species which is nice when the Musky aren't biting
great video,i hav never been musky fishing,i want try this coming yr.the Tygart river is 150 yrds behind the shop.if you ever fish this river, just below the Dam we hav a mom and pop bait and tackle shop.
Pretty hard to kill a fish that's only out of the water for 30 seconds. Given that most would keep that fish and eat it I'll take props for giving it a chance to live by practicing catch and release. Hopefully it gave another angler a smile and full belly.

Awesome! Congrats! Keep it up!
Wondering if you know of a launch on the south side of Cornwall Island.
No idea. That was my first time fishing that water.
There is a public launch in Cornwall. Right across from Cornwall island.
That's about as big of a walleye as your gonna get? Lol dude you must be from out of town. Welcome to the big water St Lawrence/ Lake Ontario
@@ryany4326 while musky fishing with 10 - 15" baits? Absolutely
Why didn’t you guys try trolling for musky. Trolling is supposed to be the best tactic on that river.

Awesome. Yeah I think I've seen your shop right near the campground.
Thats not as big as the walleye get on this part of the st. Lawrence
@krisrooney2283 I'm sure they grow much bigger....just a good accidental catch especially since we were targeting them
@@sgangling most definitely congrats
