      Don't try to do exercise with empty stomach unless you are doing early in the morning. Larger gaps between the meals and not eating enough food in the myth of loosing fat causes gastric. It's all depends when you are doing excercise. If u are doing in the evening have 1 big banana 10 to 15 min before your excercise.
