and his fight against Udaybhan Rathod who is the commander in chief of Raja Jai singh who was the ally of Mughal Emperor Aurangazeb for the fort of Sinhagad on 4th February 1670

The Battle of Sinhagad (kondhana) took place during the night on 4 February 1670 while the battle of panipat took place on 14 January 1761. I would suggest you guys you can read a bit about the battle of Sinhagad (kondhana) it was the fierce battle and also shows the greatest act of bravery.
Tanaji who hailed from Umrathe near Mahad, Konkan, was busy making preparations for his son, Rayaba's wedding when he was summoned by Shivaji for a meeting. Tanaji put the wedding plans on hold and immediately left for the meeting. On hearing Shivaji's plan to recapture Kondhana fort near Pune from the Mughals, Tanaji took charge of the campaign and started his preparations.

Like any movie the facts of this movie is greatly dramatised, however Tanajhi was one of Shivaji's greatest generals and he left his sons wedding to lead the charge to win Kolahad fort. After the battle as you described "Gadd aala pan Singha gela" the fort was renamed as Singhagad.
