It's a shame they didn't have mad Hatter in the film. If they included him they would've had all 15 villains from the original LEGO Batman Videogame's story mode(s)
Since I'm somehow still getting comments on this, Ra's al Ghul, Hush, and Black Mask never appeared in the games story mode. They were secret unlockables for freeplay. I'm taking about the 15 dudes who broke out of jail in a cutscene at the start of the game who you got to play as in the villains story and you had to have boss fights with in the heroes story.

It should be at some place team flash is always at, like Jitters. And some guy is messing with a ketchup and mustard bottle, when he accidentally sprays Cisco, and Cisco says, sarcastically, "Thanks condiment king..."
NTG5400 If the condiment king were to appear in the Flash it would be a guy who works at Big Belly Burger instead of Jitters.
Damn it lol, why didn't I think of Big Belly Burger.. For some reason, the only place I could think of was Jitters, but big belly burger makes so much more sense

The Condiment King was always supposed to be a joke, as well as a tribute/parody of some of the more ridiculous Batman villains. He was a comedian whom Joker used mind control on, in order to make him think he was a ridiculous super villain. He was never meant to be a serious character.

Datflyguye 212 mad hatter is also strangely missing
Mad Hatter would've been nice. He's the only villain from the first LEGO Batman game not to be in the film. Killer Moth only started showing up in LEGO sets last year and Clayface first got into sets from this movie so it would've been a nice inclusion.
Oh yeah, I just realized that he wasn't there. That's really strange, I wonder why he wasn't included.

4:19 Man-Bat originally sounded stupid and derivative, but given this description he might be the scariest one of them of all.
Thumbs up-ed this video at some point, so I must have seen it before. Did not think that way then.
This just reminds me of watching the film and bursting out with laughter when I heard "wingardium leviosa". So random, So worth it.
I could make the Eraser, the Condiment King, Kite-Man and March Harriet all work in a Batman story:
- I'd make the *Eraser* a cleaner, like Mike Ehrmantraut. I'd keep everything from his design as is except for the head, which I'd make a normal head with a flat top, which then looks like an pencil eraser.
- *Condiment King* I would make a Gustavo Fring type druglord who also is the head of a chain of condiment factories called ''Condiment King'' and I'd not mention him by his ridiculous surname so that it can be open for speculation and therefore still be ''Mayo'' if hardcore fans really want.
And as a nod to his comic book weapons, I'd let him spray ketchup and mustard on the floor in hopes of getting Batman to slip so that he can escape.
- *Kite-Man* I would make a wing-suit soldier, codenamed ''Kite'', who is determined on getting his revenge on Batman for causing him to be fired from the airforce.
Kite-Man would be the main villain of the story.
- And finally, *March Harriet* I'd make a stripper who sells the drugs Condiment King provides.

The only villains they forgot in The Lego Batman Movie (aside from that guy in the video) were Firefly, Deathstroke, Flase Face, Black Mask, Hush, Anarky, Scarface, Deadshot, Mad Hatter, Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum, The Ten-Eyed Man, Signal Man, Mr. Camera, Monarch of Menace, Planet Master, Music Meister, The Cavalier, The Rainbow Creature, Batman of Zur-En-Arrh, Cluemaster, Sterling Silversmith, The Ratcatcher, Great Whie Shark, Captain Stingaree, Copperhead, The Electrocutioner, Talon, The King of Cats, Lord Death Man, Mirror-Man (not to be confused to The Flash villain Mirror Master), Deacon Blackfire, The Sewer King, Maxie Zeus, Sweet Tooth (not the clown from Twisted Metal), The Brand, King Cobra, Punch and Judy, Humpty Dumpty, The Outsider (not to be confused with the Dc team in which was coincidentally founded by Batman) Bird, Big Top, Batzarro, The Baffler, The Reaper, Dr. Double X, Lock-up, Baby Doll and Ra's al Ghul. Zsasz and Professor Pyg doesn't count because they are more adult like villains like and Penny Plunderer doesn't count because he doesn't have a supervillain costume. Let me know if there was more of them I missed

fun Fact: in Teen Titans Go! vs. Teen Titans, Ravin was able to kill the Gentleman Ghost and he is the only confirmed kill in the series (as in completely gone, Ghosts & the Underworld exist in that universe and are pretty easy to find)
The eraser is basically exactly like a bad guy I invented for a stupid comic I had to do at a camp once I only finished five panels of.
It was a semi-decent ish idea for how old I was at the time. The hero, named Mr. Pencil (No idea why I put Mr. in his name. Whatever) could draw stuff, but "Evil eraser" (man I sucked at naming things) could erase them, so Mr. Pencil's powers were useless against him directly. I was planning, but never got around to it, to make Mr. Pencil find somebody who was a calligraphy pen (I don't know why I even knew what a calligraphy pen was at that age) and the calligraphy pen person's only weakness was that they had a side-kick who was an ink pot, and if they were separated, he couldn't draw.
I only finished five panels, and never got to the point where the hero OR villain was introduced. All that happened was a bunch of people panicked because the doors of their houses disappeared, leaving only solid walls, because the eraser guy erased them. Then people hired guard dogs, but the dogs disappeared too. I drew a panel showing a spiked collar attached to a chain, with no dog. I don't know why I remember it so well.
(The pencil guy was straight-up a pencil with a face. The eraser guy was a rubber eraser with a face.)

I saw Dr Phosphorus on the poster and immediately thought "Oh, Blight!" and now I come to find out that it is a completely different guy...but how different is he (besides the backstory).
They pretty much have the same powers. Essentially, Blight is Lex Luthor combined with Dr Phosphorus
