@@johnhinckley6491 he is playing on ng+7, and even after the last "soft cap" if u keep leveling them up, the stats still add more😂 and every single stat has a hard cap of 99 which is the most powerful the stat can be. 60 str is not the same amount in stats as 99 str😂😂😂 not even close
