Wow, yeah, you may still have some to do. But you've really accomplished a lot!! Glad you didn't have to redo all the floors like you thought at first-just clean and wax them! You're so impressive with all the handy things you know how to do! I've never even tried some of the building type things you know how to do. Painting, staining, and varnishing are about my limit. Oh, and years ago, when we had our house built, we had sheet rock pros,hang and mud the sheet rock, but we stupidly decided we could do the sanding. Boy, was that labor intensive, and I think was not good for my lungs, with effects, now even! Anyway, congrats on accomplishing so much, and can't wait to see the rest done! Hope you find wonderful tenants this time!!

The bathtub looks so much better already and I always enjoy seeing that pretty wallpaper when your camera goes by it. I sure am glad your tenants didn't mess that up. I know the floors will look so pretty when they are cleaned and shined also.

The rental home is coming along very good I was particularly interested in what you were doing to your bathtub because my house was built in the early 1960s and it has a blue tub I want to change that and it looks like what you did to yours I need to do to mine and by the way your yellow Cottage looks better every time I see it❤
Joy, best to apply 3 coats of a good primer first. Let dry 3 hours before the next coat. After the last coat has dried, apply the tub refinisher in two coats. Let dry when finished for 72 hours. It's really a pain. lol

Hi Rose, it's called warm white from Walmart Grab and Go.. already mixed for you. All the other paints I use are from Home Depot.
