parang may mali po, 25 sq m is bigger than most studio unit Condos. at that size you can have living space, kitchen & dining, Cr, & 2 bedroom for two storey house or townhouse. but your design is still useful, for starting family, singles & bachelors, and maybe a decent & better option for Urban poors or squatters with less fancier finishes. Or recreational purpose, like Tiny house on wheels.
