I really liked this design! It will help me a LOT with two studios I plan to build. I would only like to see how the washer/dryer are arranged under the stairs...? Thank you!
Thank you. I’m glad to be of help to you. The washer/dryer will be on the side of the kitchen, under the stairs. It is like a cabinet that if you open, you’ll see the washer. Just like how other designers hide the washer in small houses, though in this one, it is under the stairs. :)

What's the usual/standard height for the ground floor (directly below the loft) and loft floor?
It is alright to use the standard ceiling height for mezzanine which is 1.80m above and below it. Though in this project, the loft floor's ceiling is lower than 1.80 because this is Japanese inspired.

Usually, 1.80 meters pero yung sa video na ito, mas binabaan ko. Japanese-inspired kasi yung loft area nito.
