mam i got an bit of scalp acne in my head . i have been used tea tree shampoo by himalaya its fine but still its not completely gone. i am completely stopped using coconut oil after i got scalp acne.but i want to use some oil to develop my hair.so now iam using coconut oil in small amount .so is coconut oil developing the scalp acne ?or can different shampoo can clear this?
Since i had not examined your scalp i can't comment much nga..if it is due to fungal, coconut oil can aggravate the problem...and as u said coconut oil can clog the pores and can aggravate it

Don't apply any type of oil if u have dandruff .....then if u really want to apply it ... just weekly onces .....oil is really big crap dandruff for head .i have lot of experience on it .I suggest you can use herbal oil like vatika .

@@DrMalarderm yes they removed it. I have been using head and shoulders regularly for many years but since past few months, I noticed it was not removing dandruff and making it worse instead. So I checked the contents and zinc Pyrithione is missing from the list. I went to the market and checked all different variants of head and shoulders, none of them have zinc Pyrithione now. Please check this for yourself and make a video in English to spread awareness.

dry dandruff if it is stuck to scalp it can be scalp psoriasis also..so plz get it examined once from dermatologist..usually we prescribe salicylic acid containing ingredients for dandruff stuck to scalp

That means u are having dandruff...plz consult Dermatologist once to confirm to differentiate dandruff/ seborrhoeic dermatitis and get treated accordingly.

niacinamide alone cant cure acne . As i always say acne has different grades and different cause. needs examination to say which is best for acne in a particular person. one cream may not work for all nga..

If u have fungal infection get treatment from Dermatologist before you plan pregnancy nga ..soap won't affect reproductive system..but avoid using Ketaconazole soap in pregnancy..

It can be either fungal acne or due to bacteria..stop applying oil..even if applying wash it off with in 20 mins..if dandruff controlled properly, fungal acne also will subside . if persisting plz consult Dermatologist rather than experimenting and taking risk nga.

@@nothing6075 as I said have to see the damage and accordingly we give .we gradually change to less potent steroid cream for 2 weeks then stop it..still few ppl develop itching , redness after stopping..so always need a dermatologist supervision for proper treatment. It is unethical and may go wrong to prescribe medicine without seeing patients.
