There's only 2 things I focussed on and it worked for me to grow back my hair:
1. Decreasing the factors that cause hair loss like anxiety, fried and spicy food, smoking.
2. Stimulating the factors that cause hair growth like adding coco onion oil and shampoo, using reactivate hair growth serum of litlleextra, drinking enough water, fresh fruits, and veggies..

Dermatologist prescribed be tarry shine shampoo and clobetasol clop s lotion but im scared to use clops lotion because it is a corticosteriod???
Then tarry shine shampoo is useful in prevented flaking and oily sebum but it make my scalp dry and itchy wrose .....so pls refer any otc shampoo for seborric dermatitis😢😢😢

Being a stylist of about like a few years, I can tell you, that you're not intended to apply harsh hair shampoo on your hair.
I've seen hair lines of numerous individuals, and I spotted that individuals who were using harsh shampoos generally had poor hair line.
So I recommend only to use mild shampoo cleanser only. I myself use and suggest to use littleextrra cocconioon shampoo only.
Also, do warm oil massage two times a week as it enhances circulation and stimulates hair.

you can mix keto shampoo with normal everyday shampoo but not with salicylic acid shampoo. it should be used alone. because excessive dryness can occur if used along with keto ahampoo on the same day.

@@jaianandh6488 hey dude, i tried keto for a week, not so great results, salicyclic shampoo dried my hair and scalp and gave me more acne than there was before and it hurt pretty bad. I recommend you visit doctor. I just stopped putting oil on my scalp, and started usinga very mild shampoo (Dhathri Thaali hibiscus) since I wash my hair everyday and once a week i use head and shoulders shampoo to clean well. wash your pillow cases daily and avoid eating too much sweets thats what helps to manage for me
