    This 15 Min. Full Body Calorie Burner will make you sweat like hell.
    I will guide you through different sets with no breaks in between.
    If you need a break, just stop for couple seconds, take a deep breath and press play again.
    Don‘t ever give up. If we start together, we can make it through together.
    We are TEAM STRONG!
    These exercises focus on your total body.
    We will work on our legs, booty, side and upper abs, the whole core will be engaged through the entire workout and guess what?
    NO JUMPING exercises are included, I really mean it.
    It’s totally neighbor friendly and without jumping squats haha 😆

    I just turned 59 and this workout kicked my butt! But I loved it! Perfect High intensity! My legs were sore for 3 days which meant I haven't been using those specific muscles and I workout a lot! Thanks Mary for your motivational workouts!

    would have preferred a workout without that many repetitions as it quickly started to get a bit boring but i love the music 🤍

    Loved it! Although I alternated some with upper body variations like push ups and shoulder taps cause I felt like this was mostly lower body rather than full body BUT I loved this workout! ❤️

    This is really good 1!👍 It does not involve jumping but still my heartbeat raised 😄. Will you make a cardio workout which involves lot of jumping? For just as a variation in exercises 😅

    This Workout was just too repetitive for me... It's ok to maybe repeat some exercises, but in this case was too much. I don't mean it bad, just for you to take in consideration for your new workouts :)
