Y’all’s third act consists of making a living off reselling which I do.
Last year is sold 181k in men’s clothing and made 60k net.
This year I will sell 200k and net 70k. I do have one part timer this year who helps with photos.
Having an employee has given me time to build my TH-cam channel.
My main focus is making enough on both fronts to give my wife the option to quit her job and earn 20k per year in whatever way she wants.

We got a Crumbl and it would have a line out the door for daaaaayysss. Once it finally looked reasonable the wife and I decided to see what all the hype was about... and we were REALLY disappointed. Based on the 4 we got, Crumbl is really overrrated. And it's so expensive? Publix bakery cookies are so much better.

Hey Guys. I actually work at Certified Collectibles Group here in Sarasota. You are correct regarding the grade upgrade on the 9.5 to 10 but keep in mind too there are two levels at grade 10, 10 Gem Mint and 10 Pristine. The 9.5 will be changed to 10 Gem Mint.

I have to disagree with you about yearly sales. I am very confident most of your followers have no idea who I am (only 600+ on YT / 10k on TT) I NET $100k-$150k. Not easily…it takes time but I do it without employees…again it isn’t easy and I do agree not everybody could do it or would want to do it. To get those numbers it is more than 40 hours a week.
I like this 90s Retro Kevin. I’ve been traveling a lot and eating too good each trip.

It’s like playing a game of thought whack-a-mole.
$100,000 net per year reselling. Possible - yes. I net about $25,000 per year for 6 years running working about 20 hours a week. Were I to up my hours to 80 a week I am quite sure I could net $100,000.
Were I able to source better items I perhaps could do even better than that.
Technically, it is 2 degrees and a Tae Kwon Do Blue "degree - lol" belt (for now). My degrees are in Computer Information Systems and Management Information Systems. I agree on the spirit animals for sure. We all seem to have a lot in common. It will always be a privilege to have been Mars Bargain Arbitrage. :)
So sad i didnt get to go to Flipcon this year. Hopefully next year. Hope you guys have a blast!

$150k net is not that hard. I cleared a little over $100k part-time each of the last two years. It's all based on WHAT you are selling. I stay away from 'bread and butter' items and look for the high dollar flips. They are out there, just not at thrift stores and yard sales.
