I had been watching your videos..when I was in class 11..n now it's my 3rd year for graduation..in Bsc. agri ....love 😍the way u explain...very helpful 🙏 Love from ARUNACHAL PRADESH
I always used to get confused between prokaryotic and eukaryotic enzymes...after watching ur video all by doubts and confusion is cleared...i am huge fan of ur teaching...u r the best teacher...thank u soo much !
Thank you sir very clear video . I'm masters in Biotechnology and now I'm preparing for csir net. For the first time I'm clear with DNA replication enzymes.... your way of teaching helps me to understand and remember the topic in a very simple and clear manner ....
Even after understanding whole DNA Replication many students has confusion about Enzymes and it's function.... But bcz of this video I can clearly remember all enzymes that are participating in DNA Replication...
I have watched many of your videos which were being very helpful for my studies and this video again cleared my doubts regarding DNA REPLICATION with satisfying clearifiation ...thankyou sir make more and more videos for your students.

Sir in another video of replication in eukaryotes you have mentioned that DNA Polymerase Epsilon is involved in leading strand synthesis and delta is involved in lagging strand synthesis.
Thank you for this vedio.. I was searching this topic in your vedios.. U are a miracle in exam time..😊 Best wishes Sir.. 👍 But Sir delta is for lagging strand and epsilon is for leading strand..
@@dustbin8808many people mistake the leading and lagging strand...they are not the strands that are synthesized...lagging strand is the template strand on which okazki fragments are synthesized and leading strand is the template strand on which continuous strand is synthesized.
Thank you so much sir for this like great information... i can quickly understand your English.. And your explaining way is very much understandable...
Yess sir i like it. Very helpful video. I have completed my bsc and i m fond of ur most of the videos. One think I wanna suggest u that. For csir net maximum coaching centers tutorials classes etc etc etc are present. But sir I couldn't find any person who will guide us for msc entrance xm for universities like bhu JNU uod etc. So if u at least embark a milestone for us to read these these topics and guide us perfectly through ur upcoming (hope so🙂)videos. Then it will be extremely helpful for us.. Because life science Syllabus us very huge. But from selected topics only comes in different universities. So I request u. I seriously request u to plse upload and guide us for our bright future. I, not only I but everyone will be very much grateful to u Sir. I have told u this thing before, but m saying u again sir. So plse accept my humble request suman sir. Thankyou 🙂
Q. In Dna replication process uses enzymes as like polymerase Alfa, polymerase beta,,,etc & proteins are these same for all types human cells dna replication???
Sir, with all due respect I believe you may be wrong in this video about eukaryotic polymerases. I believe polymerase delta synthesizes the lagging strand and polymerase epsilon synthesizes the leading strand.
Sir in your previous videos you mentioned DNA pol. epsilon will do the leading strand synthesis under normal conditions and DNA pol. Delta drive the synthesis of lagging strand
I like this comparison between the various enzymes involve in replication but now at this point I have little bit confusion about DNA gyrase and topoisomerase
There are four types of topoisomerases in prokaryotes topoisomerase 2 is also called as DNA Gyrase and it's function is to reduce the supercoils in DNA these Enzymes may be categorized differently and named differently
In your previous video of DNA replication in eukaryotes initiation the information was different like DNA pol Sigma for lagging strand, epsilon for leading and Sigma for DNA repair. At 21.50 mins. Can you please clarify that.
Sir I have a problem.. in B.D. singh book the work of polymerase alpha is intition of both strand and work of delta is replication elongation of lagging strand..plz solve this confusion
@@shomusbiologyofficial sir ase list rna polymerase ke liye.both prokaryotic and eukaryotic ke liye ek sath... .kisi video main bole hain..kya...if hey kindly share the link...🙏sir..

Sir in another video of replication in eukaryotes you have mentioned that DNA Polymerase Epsilon is involved in leading strand synthesis and delta is involved in lagging strand synthesis.
According to Lippincott, Polymerase delta (δ) performs Lagging strand synthesis. Please confirm
Thank you for this vedio.. I was searching this topic in your vedios.. U are a miracle in exam time..😊 Best wishes Sir.. 👍 But Sir delta is for lagging strand and epsilon is for leading strand..
Thank you for appreciating my efforts. You're welcome
Sir I think there is a correction, epsilon is for leading strand whereas delta is for lagging strand , please correct me if I am wrong
Even I was thinking the same.. epsilon is for leading.
No.. The leading strand is synthesized by polymerase III (pol III) in E. coli and by polymerase δ (pol δ) in mammalian cells or eukaryotes
@@dustbin8808many people mistake the leading and lagging strand...they are not the strands that are synthesized...lagging strand is the template strand on which okazki fragments are synthesized and leading strand is the template strand on which continuous strand is synthesized.
