Looksmaxxing includes mewing, bonesmashing, and a lot of other extreme self improvement tactics. It’s very predatory with paid courses such as mogwarts, offering basic and free guidance.

I did Mewing for two years and it didn't change anything, I only started to notice a difference in my appearance when I started exercising my jaw muscles
First time I saw someone do it, first thing I thought was “that’s bullshit” lo and behold it don’t do anything 💀. The gua shau (I KNOW I ain’t spell that right) thingy does look like it works though.
I started at 14 I didnt do it before n i did it 24/7 even while sleeping yes i taped my mouth shut. N now my jawline could got my phone in half.

This trend is just a bunch of guys going through puberty and claiming mewing did it or guys that can’t accept they can’t be the hottest guy in the world and can’t accept themselves and want to scramble for a way to be more attractive to societies standards. Ofc do things like use facial products and keep good hygiene and make sure you are healthy but don’t hammer your face or purposely become a mute because a doctor who has no real success stories made up something and a 14 year old boy used it until he hit puberty and now thinks it’s the gospel.
Also don’t compare yourself to these other guys, no matter how you look if you keep good hygiene, workout, and just be yourself you will land someone, and even then there’s people who like chubby dudes. So just stop comparing yourself because there will always be someone better looking or more charismatic or that has more “skibidi fanum tax rizz” just focus on yourself and your own grind and stop worrying about these other dudes and you’ll be aight, good luck people.
