- Probably the easiest one out of all of the dynamics to edit. I must say, V is fun to play as because of the change to fast paced fighting to a more slow and strategic fight. And his theme is awesome.

I honestly haven't find V to be that "press Y to get SSS" everyone talks like,you have to get used to some combos,the new playstle,etc.but since I've played on "DMC veterans" standard difficulty it obviously was harder to do combos and stuff
But yeah,he lack's much of the profound mechanics of Dante and Nero anyway
You, my friend, haven't seen how quickly you fall in the Must Die mode, it's almost instant. Now I see what V means when he said he feels mortal

I like how open the game is with V's identity, it's plastered everywhere, his song is literally screaming it at you,
I think he even slick his hair back too, after using Royal Fork
He even said “Rest in peace” like Vergil.
His fighting style also gives it away if you remember the concentration bar from dmc4 work similarly to how v get his mana back.

I felt like this theme benefited the most from the dynamic system
Absolutely, the song is constantly building up until SS being the Climax
I feel like Devil Trigger is the one who benefits the less
Subhuman with this system sounds dope too but not as much as Crimson Cloud
Subhuman feels fucking amazing after landing a really good Royal Release and then hearing that drop

I love it for the fact its gritty not in subhuman sense where you feel like a powerhouse but gritty sorta of every battle your in is a huge deal due to v physical weakness

This game blew me away when I realized that I have to command shadow panther and mini-griffon to slice destroy and kill my enemies while reciting William Blake as a game mechanic. And then you summon giant golem for devil trigger to complete the moveset and start a goddamn small scale apocalypse with him and the other two familiars. GOTY.
This is a real prowess to make a character actually be 4 characters and you can control all of them at the same time, I get why Itsuno struggled with creating V's gameplay
V is like playing a pure spellcaster build in Dark Souls but it's actually lots of fun
When he snaps his fingers a Michael Bay movie starts (said by other dude who has a heart from the channel)

I think the themes reflect the characters well. Dante is metal, the older, but beloved gente. Nero is pop, newer, and wasn't accepted at first, but now he's very much welcome. And V's experimental, just like his character trying something new, in hopes of success.
And then there's Vergil's theme.

The fact that the song references so much about Mundus and every sacrifice Vergil went through really makes you understand how much he suffered as Nero Angelo
It kinda makes me sad V and his familiars are gone now though I'd have loved if there was a way to have vergil back and keep V.

Crimson cloud not being the best new battle theme? "Not in this lifetime"

Vocally this is possibly the most unique track in the series but I find that the composition is the most traditional sounding DMC track in the game. It keeps that industrial sound from the classic games unlike the other 2 new battle themes.
I could definitely see this being Nevan's theme from dmc3
The tempo of this track reminds me of Cerberus theme
I got that impression from devil trigger, particularly the start bit

I actually prefer this dynamic theme to the standard Crimson Cloud theme. The bass beats at the beginning of the D scale are awesome and really set the mood for getting that SSS Nightmare wall crash. I might even go so far as to argue that of the three battle themes, this track works the best dynamically.

Seriously, getting up into S rank, tearing into enemies and then doing V's laugh taunt just feels unbelievably satisfying
I didnt like much the OST version of the song, but the dynamic segments are SO WELL PUT TOGETHER in the game. Playing with this in the background is a blast. And I like how V is different in his playstyle.
