For anyone curious, the music doesn’t specifically start playing at SS or SSS, but you have to be at that style rank when the song naturally gets to that point or it’ll just loop back. So when SS reaches its peak, you’d better be at SSS or you aren’t burying the light deep within

I can just imagine surprise people experienced when played it for the first time, first they get a hint that A isn't final rank and they reach S.. Only to see that S also keeps getting filled, and curiosity forces them to keep trying to do your best and then bam, they see SS rank... And that it keeps getting filled, and person gets curious if it there's anything more....SSS. Before you realize it, you did some insane moves and went to the top of style, as music goes as hard as it can.

I really like how Kale is revealed to not simply be a generic villainous businessman, with his dialogue and motivation painting him as a corrupted mirror to Chai: an immature slacker at heart who tries very hard to look cool and slick, but almost always fails in some way.
