Peter Jones is just a gem. Pure and productive honestly every time. Never from an insecure of negative place in my view. (perhaps in same instances) but 99% he is constructively blunt, and it is very refreshing.
I always liked Peter Jones the best for the same reasons.
The Dragons have missed a big opportunity. Recycling aircraft parts is a big business. Most aviation enthusiasts will love to have a piece of an old plane, particularly if its history in known. There are several companies doing this kind of thing in the US .
A part as it is,not turned into novelty ashtrays or luggage made from the captain's underpants
Clear visible plane parts only I'd say. The wing, fin, nose, jet engine, propeller. People who want to buy plane parts want to show off. They don't want little items that would pass off as any other items from ikea.
And that's still a niche industry. Dragons tend to look for pitches which might appeal to as wide a part of the populace as possible.

Checked out their site and I'm guessing they've taken the Dragons' advice to heart -- loads of bespoke pieces for the wealthy. One of my favorite products and pitches on DD so far!

That was some seriously good advice they were given to the direction of their products. If I had bought a bowl with a part off a plane attached its just a bowl without the info. Bought an old F1 tyre to make into a coffee table and the only info not supplied was what the driver had for breakfast that morning.

I actually really like the look of the bags and also so what if the data is slightly inaccurate it is still cool to have that in there. In addition it's great that they are reusing the materials and they get them free of charge which seems like a great idea.

I thought the bags looked great, and their landed costs are very lucrative because the majority fabric is sourced essentially free.
I think it's more, try to safely grow the business and once you have that safety net and trust in your products then you can diversify into what you truly believe. You can't do everything at once and if you try to juggle to much at once their vision will fail altogether
