It honestly depends on the weekend. I have shown up at 9 AM on a Saturday and no one was there. However, once I completed a lap the parking lot was packed. @@timothyleee27204

Unfortunately, it's a free for all. During the week, the place is pretty empty. The weekends can be sketchy.
