Interesting to see how spread out the relay is. If you look at the finish line the meet has steel barriers next to the track. This is a bad idea because in relays as soon as you are finished with the hand off the runner should step off the track and not move right across the track as that can conflict with a runner that is behind. If you step off the track you could trip on the feet of the barrier.

That would only slow her down. As she runs faster her knees will come up.
