It was great and they didn’t have to do it. They new it was just for the home town crowd. The passion he put into Tough Enough was amazing as well.
Body is more fatigued in a morning so you feel each muscle group more. Feels like your connecting more but it’s more of tiredness so whichever muscle your training feels it more.

The answer to Billys question is the nervous system. We are often told that the rested nervous system is more "aware." When you wake up in the morning your circadian rhythms, are also waking up from recovery state. Advice.... Go to sleep earlier, and ensure that you have been awake for at least 1 hour prior to engaging your neuro-muscular system.
Me personally my favorite time to workout is early morning like 5am-6am and fasted I feel like when I’m in a fasted state and fresh out of the bed I have more focus to get the most out of my workout. Sure it’s different for most but this is what works for me.

Billy seem to almost make it complete as he brings up extremely good arguements and logical points in discussion and debates with Mike ... its like Mike represents the majority but billy is the guy bringing up very good valid points and arguements that the rest of the people will have .. together they like address close to the full 100 percent of the viewers .. I do construction n my opinion on billy Gunn question Is that when don’t work out first of the day I use ur muscles however from u sleep u may have tightness imbalances that u haven’t worked stretched activated got blood into yet as if u worked out first thing in the morning when I workout before work my body feels more symmetrical more stable better pump all day and everything I eat all day supliments what I worked out

Mike is obviously a freak in shape all year round, but Billy looks phenomenal as well. He always looked great when wrestling and it appears he has kept the same dedication In an industry with so much death and trauma, it's great to see him looking so healthy Great video guys!
Billy may have a reason to row how he does and I’m not correcting him. His scapula is pretty stationary during the row compared to Mikes. He might feel more connection if opened up his range of motion. Just my two cents and thanks for the content.

you're correct. Billy needs to put more movement with his torso. he's turned the row into more of a bicep movement. at his age, he's still learning.
