I've found one of the biggest keys is to step into alignment with what you ACTUALLY want, and own that fully. When we CHASE something and we believe the PRIZE is OUTSIDE of US, that's when we start to suffer and live out of alignment with our values. My two cents: if someone you're seeing ghosts you, THAT is their message. The person just clearly thinks you're not worth their time anymore and they're too much of a coward to put it straightforwardly and verbally. That's it.
You're allowed to feel upset, specially if you felt a connection with them, developed feelings. So give yourself some time if you need to. You'll be fine, don't worry about it.
And then, just move on.

Liz is serving tough love and life lessons. It's tough but it's something that we sometimes need to hear.
I've found one of the biggest keys is to step into alignment with what you ACTUALLY want, and own that fully. When we CHASE something and we believe the PRIZE is OUTSIDE of US, that's when we start to suffer and live out of alignment with our values. Once we step back into alignment with we who ACTUALLY are (Not the cliche, "be yourself" kind of thing, but who you ACTUALLY are), that's when everything shifts. Great video Liz !
