Ghosting is an emotionally immature way to respond to something, it means they're afraid of confrontation, and it is a sign of being emotionally immature. I'm literally the worst with social skills, and even I don't do this.
Not always tho... some people do deserve ghosting. when you constantly have to tell someone how they should treat you and they keep disrespecting you or not change their behavior you have to do that. i had to ghost my ex after i gave him a second chance on our relationship and he didn’t even change would always give excuses on ignoring me all day until i decided to ignore him back and move on

I've found one of the biggest keys is to step into alignment with what you ACTUALLY want, and own that fully. When we CHASE something and we believe the PRIZE is OUTSIDE of US, that's when we start to suffer and live out of alignment with our values. Once we step back into alignment with we who ACTUALLY are (Not the cliche, "be yourself" kind of thing, but who you ACTUALLY are), that's when everything shifts. Great video Liz ! No because this is so embarrassing to admit i was that girl not just once but multiple times, i believe in loyalty that i put it on the wrong people i was so desperate and only date one person who wasn’t even giving me certainty, i fell deep into my fantasies in my head that i could be the love of their life it’s terrific. My two cents: if someone you're seeing ghosts you, THAT is their message. The person just clearly thinks you're not worth their time anymore and they're too much of a coward to put it straightforwardly and verbally. That's it. You're allowed to feel upset, specially if you felt a connection with them, developed feelings. So give yourself some time if you need to. You'll be fine, don't worry about it. And then, just move on.

My two cents: if someone you're seeing ghosts you, THAT is their message. The person just clearly thinks you're not worth their time anymore and they're too much of a coward to put it straightforwardly and verbally. That's it.
You're allowed to feel upset, specially if you felt a connection with them, developed feelings. So give yourself some time if you need to. You'll be fine, don't worry about it.
