When you install the intake manifold, do you have to adjust the actuator for the engine to work properly? I am changing oil cooler gasket, I afraid after removing intake manifold and put it back I mess the position of both left and right rails (3 flaps on each side) and engine not run good?
@@KITS_Auto_and_Truck_Repair really appreciated for your response. Best sprinter related videos on TH-cam. You explain everything in details and I love it. Thanks man 🙏🏻
I don't understand why on my 2011 sprinter I have no swirl valves , in the place of the actuator I have the fuel filter and the egr is different , is there a variant ??
Do you clean and put it back, or have to buy a new one? I have same problem. Van was parked for 5 weeks with no battery and limp mode came, and shows main intake is thd problem. Thanks great video
I have some oil leak on my 2011 E350 CDI 265hp with 260000km, very likely the oil cooler. I will also clean flaps, all EGR and intake . Your video is really great, it will help for sure. But i didn't saw the EGR assembly, does this engine had EGR? Thanks 1000x Alex
I went to Mercedes-Benz to get a estimate for this problem. My driver side intake flaps are not opening. They gave me a estimate of 6,000. 3,000 for labor and 3,000 for new manifolds. My van is a Dodge sprinter 2008 2500 I don't have that kind of money so I drive it the way it is. The van has a lot of lag when exclerating but once it gets moving ti find.
yours video are excellent keep posting them thanks

Hello do you have any videos on how to remove broken glow plugs. Is there a kit to help remove them that you would recommend.
Thanks
@rioshomeimprovements No, I don't! Broken glow plugs can be very difficult to remove
Each time I watch your video I learn a new thing
@user-dw7jv9zi1d Thank you!

@MrMaziyarB No you don't need to adjust them! the swirl motor keeps them at a certain position!

Do you need to remove the turbo charger to remove the intake manifold? I saw that you did it but is it necessary?
@albertbakker2831 Yes, the Turbo has to come out to remove the intake manifolds!
Is been a while bro, good 👍 work
@adamissah452 Thank you Bro!
Did you need to take the engine out for removing the intake?
@JohnRojas-rb5zh No! Not at all, the engine was already out!
The BEST out there :)
@dinhas9398 Thank you!
In real time ..how many hours will it take you to remove the Intake manifold on the sprinter
