      Thank you for your impute. I found out that I had a Vitamin deficiency, due to aging and menopause and school job, plus for stress I take ashwaghanda and to help my vessels to be more stretchy, cayenne in a capsule with my supper. But meditation with God's word is the main help to my life. Have a blessed day.
