My name is Tony and I started a Pet Waste Removal Business for Dog Owners in December 2020. After 1 year of successfully building my poop scooping business, I've decided to document my experience and provide insight to others who are interested in doing this as a Side Hustle/Side Gig or potentially full time. Currently I have around 60+ clients that I service on a weekly/monthly basis and make over $5k+ extra a month!
With this channel, I hope to be a guide and inspiration to everyone out there who believe they have so much more to give back to the world. Even something simple as a Poop Scooping Business can have a positive impact to your client's lives. :) This side hustle is perfect for the Entrepreneur that want to continue growing their business acumen and requires little to no cost to start!

I LOVE this video and how professional and gracious you read the customer complaints. So good to see. A lot of times if not ALL OF THE TIME, people will NEVER read their agreements, or contracts they sign! And instead of these customers taking responsibility and accountability they want to cheat people of their LABOR!! It’s not like Netflix where it’s an e program and doesn’t actually take away from a person’s energy and time. They didn’t read so it’s their fault period. But you did great handling it! Right up my alley. Stood your ground with honor and dignity both ways. ❤❤❤

Lucky! Snow sucks when you have to scoop but then the snow melts and it's chaos with all the customers reaching out for quotes lol

Great video Tony, it's always good to hear a business owner see and understand the customer side, even if the business is not at fault. Sometimes expectations and realistic service don't line up, and that is A-OK.
Thank you, Willum!! I fundamentally believe you can run a successful business being more empathetic to your customers. Put your foot down when they cross your boundaries but also remember we are all humans and life is chaotic as it is.

Great question! As long as I'm a Jobber Ambassador it will be available. They decide who the ambassadors are and it's always subject to change so I recommend sooner rather than later

I understand wanting the consistency before investing into your business. I think I was at $1k+ a month at the end of my first year before taking the plunge with Jobber and it paid for itself after the first month because my business exploded having an intake form available on my website. You won't regret it!
How much should I spend on FB and google ads?
Whatever you feel comfortable losing if you don't get any new business. Paid ads should be used to amplify the messaging and content that is currently working for your target audience

You should focus on reaching out to your current network of friends and family to see if anyone would be interested in your scooping services so you can gain testimonials and reviews. Door hangers would be great to build route density once you are out on the field

In any service industry you will have issues with customer satisfaction. Setting expectations helps, having interpersonal skills helps, conflict resolution helps. Unfortunately some people can't be pleased or want something for nothing You can't please %100 of people %100 of the time. Most people are scared of dealing with conflict and scared of a bad review but how many Karen videos have been made. Looks like a classic case of someone bothering you until you give them something to go away. BYE FELICIA.
