I thought I was a Bible nerd but a lot of these left me stumped. Goes to show we're never done learning from the scriptures!
I got almost all of them right thanks to the fact we read the entire bible every year...
I can't believe it's already been a year since the jokes video. I've been using those everywhere! Great video today. Highly entertaining and thought provoking!
25:53 El Roi- the God who sees me 🥰 it’s one of my favorites name of God🙌🏻
After getting so many wrong, I was so ridiculously happy to get the Lamb one right that I literally clapped my hands and yelled, “YAY!!” like a little Sunday school kid 🤣
This was the 1st time i listened to you guys, you had me tears of laughter.
AWESOME!
you know the origin of the saying " may the lamb that was slain , recieve the reward for his suffering ! " ?
@@jopiewatdanook446 Do tell 🤓
As someone who does not have extensive Bible knowledge I did pretty good. I will use this as my starting point to learn more.
This was fun. Took my husband (a pastor) through these, when he got home from work. He got a few right, I didn't get many right. great questions.
Proverbs says laughter is good medicine! Please do more of these!
If a Kilobyte is a 1000, a Megabyte is a 1000000 and a Gigabyte 1000000000 . How much is a Moabite? Answer A Lot
Hmm... the dust and ashes one might actually be both Job and Abraham...
Yes, Abraham says that:
Genesis 18:27
"And Abraham answered and said, Behold now, I have taken upon me to speak unto the Lord, which am but dust and ashes:"
But then Job does as well...
Job 30:19
"He hath cast me into the mire, and I am become like dust and ashes."
and then indirectly again here in 13:12
"Your remembrances are like unto ashes, your bodies to bodies of clay."
Then David gets an honorable mention...
Psalm 103:14
"For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust."
This was fantastic. No put downs because we didn't know everything. You guys are so so transparent and made this fun. Love the way you guys don't "know it all!" Thanks. PS my brain hurts. This is so cool. 👍
I did pick up on the foreshadowing of Jesus but didn't know it was Joshua or remember reading it.. It is great to learn!
Wow so glad I knew the answer to the one about the defeated kings in the cave because I’ve been listening to this podcast called Spoken Gospel and their episode on the book of Joshua lately! 👀
In all seriousness, I absolutely love this video, lol. Trivia is my thing so I was stoked to see this uploaded!
Amen!!
It would have been epic if when David starts calling his pastor, Seth's phone starts to ring 😂
This was so much fun. You should do it more often! 😊
I actually got many of these questions right!! 🎉 y'all are so great. 😂
When David called his pastor, I immediately thought, "Wow. He's young. That must be weird to have such a young pastor." And then I remembered that it is God who speaks through man, and not man's experience of the world.
Ah, to be human and foolish...
Jeremiah 1:7 ESV
[7] But the Lord said to me, “Do not say, ‘I am only a youth’; for to all to whom I send you, you shall go, and whatever I command you, you shall speak.
'Embarrassed' to say that I fist pumped and 'yessed' when I got any right! Also embarrassed to say I didn't get many right! Well-done guys!
This is great, I wish you could do this more often!
Great job guys! I love Spoken Gospel and have been following you all for a few years now. I also am a daily participant with my YouVersion and I really have enjoyed you all on my daily Bible study for Holy Week! I also loved American Bible Challenge with Jeff Foxworthy, and recently, I’ve been watching reruns of it on Pluto TV. There were only four seasons, so I was kind of sad to not have a fun Bible quiz show to partake in and lo and behold. I came up on your Bible quiz. Thank you David and Seth and I hope you guys do Bible quizzes every week. It’s such a great way to learn and test our knowledge and have a wonderful time in a few belly laughs! Wishing you a lovely Holy Week 🙏🏼 👑
You two are the best! This was so much fun and I learned a lot! Bless you!
Love this! Entertaining and learned a lot!

Ooh i got the lamb in revelation right!

I like how you made this Bible quiz into a typology crash course!
That Hagar one is soooo deeeep
I'm so blessed
This was funny 😂 yet informative at the same time 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
You guys gotta get more jokes lol this is great!
This was fun.
The insights pointed out were nice.
Elishah's second act of ressurection is really funny, because it is like if God said "Oh, he asked for double blessing, but he ressurected just one guy. Well, he is dead now, but let me fix this:"
😊
I consider this the third April's Fool because I'm still waiting for the Bible recipes 🤣
Can't wait for this year's April's Fools "Do"
Lloovveee this, I did surprisingly well🤣🙌 🫶
Should mention that Zacchaeus is there to show that while the self-righteous rich who LOVE their riches (rich young ruler) have a hard time entering in, Zacchaeus shows that if one is NOT self righteous and is willing to part with the money, they WILL.
oh neat! Thanks for pointing that out! I think that's one of those things that I knew subconsciously, but didn't know that I knew.
😂 Sea Section
Thank you for the video. Commenting for the Algorithm.
6:11 I know exactly what you’re talking about. I loved the Donut Man.
wow i have a lot to learn
I was around for the donut man, but never listened. I listened to music machine and psalty. And now my kids do!
This should be a real show
Happy Saturday/April Fool's Day! 😊
MVP is that "unnamed" writer. They should feature Christine more! 🙂
Still watching this and noting the ones i get right 😂
1. Abraham loved Isaac
2. I went with Seth and chose Joshua 😁
3. Hannah was quoted in the psalms- i guessed right 😅
4. The Lord said to my Lord, sit at my righg hand- got it 😁 we both disagree with the pastor 🤭
5. Jabez means pain. Was unsure about it coz of the other option, affliction but thank God for 50/50
6. Hagar was the first to give God a name 😁
7. I guessed right- SAUL 😅
The last round was really funny 😂😂😂
The identity of the unnamed staff writer named Christine is honestly the second best kept secret after Jesus's return date.
Joshua's taking down bodies foreshadowed Jesus. Cool. New to me!
But why were the bodies hanging up in the 1st place?🤯
So i looked it up. Joshua 10. Killed 5 kings, enemies, hung them up until evening. 😮
How?
@@rexiehopethey talk about it in the video, how Jesus’ crucified body was taken down from the tree, i.e., Cross @sundown, and sealed in a cave - but reading the actual passage, I’m not too sure it fits🤔 For one thing, those Amorite kings were enemies of Israel; for another they were cowards who fled and hid together in a cave when the Lord defeated their armies; third, they were not crucified, but executed by Joshua himself, probably with a sword, since it says that he “smote them and slew them, and hanged them on five trees: and they were hanging upon the trees until the evening.” And last but not least, while Joshua did have their bodies taken down at sundown and sealed back up in the cave they had hidden in, that was the end of the story for them - so about all that does is confirm that the laws of Moses that Joshua followed concerning not leaving corpses out overnight were still strictly observed laws in the time of the Roman occupation, which is why Joseph of Arimathaea begged to be able to take Jesus’ body for burial as soon as it was determined that He was dead 🤓
I love the one on Abe loving his son ➡️ John 3:16
only once a year ? that s what I want boble study be like all the time!
For the resurrection question what about Ezekiel and the dry bones?
I'm like at the tenth question and I've not any right
Waiting for this year's April fools 👍😂
David almost had his Bible torn while looking in the book of Revelation😂😂
The guy on the left’s questions were so much easier…several of them I knew off the top of my head, but none of the tall guy’s!
Wow I somehow actually got quite a few of these
9/18 right guessed
Is it possible to get those bible that you are using
Seth! How did you not know Joseph of Arimathea!?😲
Job called himself dust and ashes in Job 30:19, so either one would be right in that case.
❤
33:42 Who else missed this one?
We counting the resurrection in Ezekiel with the valley of bones?
El Roi is the name that Hagar gives to God.
How many Joseph's in the New Testament is wrong! I counted like 7
I found you on the Bible Jokes video and Loved it. Don't always listen to Christian comedy but you were funny and kept it respectful...So when I saw this I was excited...I had to stop at 15 minutes because it just got too complicated...I got a few of the first questions but then got lost...If you would do more common questions from the Bible it would be fun to sit here and say: Yeah, I Got It!!! Love you guys!
2 Joseph and Joseph of Arimathea
Yay i got saul beating a king called serpent... purely on a guess tho lolol
Both Mary and Jael are correct.
Luke 1:42, Elizabeth exclaimed with a loud cry (to Mary), "You are the most blessed of women, and your child will be blessed!"
what translation though? O.o
Or is it found in the original Greek and consistent across all of them?
I have a bone to pick with the resurrection question: are y’all just not going to count the valley of dry bones in Ezekiel 37? And what about Jonah who died in the belly of the fish and was raised back to life?
Wait- I don’t get the allergies joke at the end😅
Don’t really read the Bible, but I got pretty much a lot correct
The last question about resurrection - in Ezekiel when he had to speak to the dry bones - it would have been 4 resurrections.
Wasn't Samuel also raised, when Saul sought a medium in desperation on what to do about the Philistines?
true, but he was just a ghost, he was technically still dead
29:26 Half tribe Of Mannaseh isn't in revelations. Guess the other half isn't either then...hahaha
I was surprised that I answered most of them right lol
Joseph of Aramathia
just two christian bros and bible trivia XD
I got 7 wrong
11 right❤
0:24 Over one million views, now.
That last one was cheating loll I really thought it was Mary
Lions are in Daniel as well. Cat's aren't in the bible? 😂😂😂
To be fair, while lions are in the cat family, they are not 🐈 🐈⬛🤷🏻♀️
26:25 what? Xd
Do this every April fools day
amen
Actually, Mary's father was named Joseph too. The genealogy in Luke is different from the genealogy in Mathew, which proves the one in Luke being to Mary. The one in Mathew says it's Mary's husband's, and the one in Luke says 'it was said Jesus was son of....' which means that before Joseph and Mary was married Mary's father had the responsibility of raising Jesus, which show it is Mary's genealogy. 25:11
😂
There's one more resurrection in the Old testament. It is mentioned in the new. God himself raised Moses from the dead. So Moses was also resurrected. He is a figure of Christ. God did not allow his body to decay in the ground but resurrected him.
Seth you have to read the bible more 😮
Before watching this video 🫤...
I’m sry but I believe that Our Blessed Mother Mary “Hail Mary FULLOF GRACE…..”
You guys! I am so late showing up! I have a fun correction and add to your Revelation question about the list of tribes! 1 Dan is not there, correct but 2. Ephraim is also missing!
Notice in Genesis there are 14 because of Manesseah and Ephraim, Joseph's sons.
The conclusion about Dan, I think is incorrect. Who are they? The JUDGES! Who takes a leading role I The Hall of Faith of Hebrews 11? Dan! And who I The judge in Revelation? Jesus, not his judges!
So whats up with Ephraim, hum?
That is the real question and boy do I see some wild stuff with Ephraim. It isn't pretty. It is very Babylon like as a matter of fact. A deeper look at the word wrath as a word study helps she light on these easily missed scriptures.
Not a good question. Joseph was a popular name back then.
(Only 1 in OT, btw)
1. Husband of mary
2. of arimathea
3. Also called Barsabbas Acts 1:23
4. Barnabas also called Joseph or Joses, Acts 4
5. A chief priest, Acts 4:6
6. Brother of Jesus, Matthew 13:55
7. Father of a couple disciples, Mathew 27: 56
Joseph the *husband of Mary, but well done for finding all the rest 🫡
Be good sheep Senonyo
