I noticed the old covenants seemed to reflect in some ways the threefold office of Christ, Davidic covenants reflecting the kingly office, the covenants with Israel reflecting the prophetic office. Could the Abrahimic covenant reflect the priestly office? I know Abram is blessed by Melchizidek in Genesis 14, but that's the only connection I can think of

They were so into 'the law of Moses', that they thought that he was sitting on the throne and not God. They were practically worshiping Moses, as he performed miracles, and was the leader of the people for years. They were hypocrites, who loved fame and human praise, so they would do what pleased them and gave glory to their name, instead of what God wants them to. Jesus was telling them about the truth, but they were so into the darkness that they comprehend it not. I could be wrong, but this reminds me of St. John 1:1-6, due to their lostness and blindness to the Truth. God bless you 🤍
I love how Jesus bridges both sides of the covenants. He is human, so He fulfills the requirements of humanity's side of the covenant. And He is God, who keeps the promises of the covenant.

You should worship God, and if you want, informally praise the prophets, but I think formally worshipping a prophet just leads to the same saviour since that's the God prophets believe, listen to and worship. The universal, monotheist Lord and saviour.

I was once a sinner... An addict to immoral videos, weed,... I had anger issues in my life, no peace within me, I was always judgemental, lived my life in fantasy world/imagination but God helped me to become a better person and freed me from my miserable life I used to live and mental illnesses I thank my God in the name of our Lord Jesus christ

It amazes me to see God's commitment to redeem mankind even in our shortcomings. He is so full of love for us that He had to come and fulfil the covenant in Himself in order to grant us unrestricted access to Him. Truly mind-blowing

Romans 1:16 NIV It's for EVERYONE THAT BELIEVES...the ministry of Paul clearly shows that. There are so many instances in the Bible of non Israelites partaking in the New covenant. Even Jesus's great commission was to spread this new life first in Jerusalem, Judea evening to the ends of the earth. If there was no provision for the non Israelites, how come Paul's ministry was mostly to the gentiles?

Hey Chris. Yes, that covenant is awesome hey!? But there is a "but" to this covenant: we have to stay loyal to Him and totally sold out to Christ for the whole of our lives on earth. We have to let Him be our "Boss" - literally. We have to serve Him in all we do. If we stay in Him, and only then, we are in the covenant.

@@psalm--fh8lg If you read the next couple of verses in Romans 9, you’ll see that Israel aren’t those born of the flesh, Jews, but rather those born of the promise by faith, Jews and Gentiles. That’s the whole point of Romans 9. Those who have faith in God are the people of Israel. Even some of Jesus’ descendants aren’t Jews… Ruth for example.

So God is basically a teacher who did his best to teach us humans the correct ways of living, but because none of us really got it and we would have surely failed the class of life, God made himself a student who could write all our final exams for us in order for us to pass. We might not deserve our passing grades, but the consequences of failing class would have been too devastating for God not to step in and find a loophole in the system. Thank you so much, teach ❤

I was taken by angels to speak with God, in a set of dreams that were not dreams. I had to be a frightened, violently raped by 4 men little boy though. I only have trust in what God told me though, nothing else going for me but that faith in God's words. Someday I'll have to fully explain everything in full detail so it all doesn't go to my demise with me and either get buried or incinerated. I feel God is allowing me to share the things He had long ago told me, people really need to know, specially ones who capitalize their letters thinking that helps, but can't. Things such as all our thought being recorded by our creating them, it why we even remember things. Things such as, forgive my boldness, such things as "spilt sperm" not being ever wasted through male masturbation's sin. God doesn't allow innocent things to be 'destroyed, He saves! He uses for His purpose, even! I saw a place where humans were being squeezed hard from behind, I think it might have been by life created from spilt sperm. I'll end here because this could get very, very long. I had ten dreams and one vision that introduced me to God right before the dreams. It was a "heads up" that I needed to get ready to speak with Him. Oh, if you could just see God! But don't fret, you will. We ALL will.

last year I discovered the bible. I was blind, In my opinion, the bible is the most beautiful book I have ever had. Plenty of words and sentences with an increible beauty. I´ve been reading this sacred book for 2 months I´ve finished the Pentateuch and I still continuous learning more and more history. Thank you for your video and explanations
It is very beautiful indeed, brother. I'd recommend reading a Gospel book (i.e. the life of Jesus, the Savior) first to anyone, as that's the most relevant to us now, this might be better than going from the beginning to the end.
You are on the right track my friend. You can’t truly understand the New Testament if you haven’t read the old. We don’t read any other book starting towards the end so why do it with the Bible? You miss out on so much important and wonderful information that way! I didn’t realize this until way further down the line in my walk cause most churches recommend otherwise for some reason. I started reading the Old Testament and with the help of the Holy Spirit and reading what it actually says for myself so many questions I had were answered. Anyway, blessings to you in your relationship with the Most High & your studies.

I try to explain this all the time how dynamic and universal God is, when you can see things through the covenants it gives you a broader perspective. For instance Gods covenant/promise with Hagar and Ishmael. God is just awesome

@@Benjamin-un1wl Baptism is an outward show of what has already taken place. Like wearing a ring because you're married. You don't become married just by wearing a ring but once you're married, you wear the ring to show the fact. You're not saved because you are baptised. You get baptised because you are saved. And like the thief on the cross, if there are extenuating reasons why you don't get baptised God is understanding and you would still be saved (since it's not by any action that we ourselves did that we are saved but because of Jesus' action of dying on the cross) but if you can get baptised, I can't imagine why you wouldn't since it's a command. I love that God kept his promises even when humanity didn’t, going as far as sending His own son to fulfill our side of the commitment, because His first promise was to be faithful even when we weren’t. It’s almost too good to be true 🤍

Amazing video! I’ve recently left the SDA church and am finally learning about the new covenant, how Jesus fulfils the law by his own grace and mercy. We don’t have to stick with the Mosaic covenant, it pointed toward what Jesus would do, because we could not. Hallelujah for his finished work!!
I never realized all of this before, some things I knew but seeing the connection between Old and New Covenants, and how Jesus fulfills them all...thank you for explaining and sharing that visually.
I used to have a sort of illness in my ear where I couldn't hear and I couldn't communicate right, and at schools I would be told to stay In a grade longer because I had bad communication so I would pronounce words wrong and say giberish things. I look back at it and cry sometimes but my parents say "You at least got healed by God and your not having to struggle with school, also you never had to stay in a grade." God is my savior and he can heal anything!
I just recently felt what that partnership feels like; it’s a different thing to really get the feeling that you’re working with Jesus, even so, it’s hard to stay on track, but He keeps calling back. I know I need to pray to keep closer to the connection and not get distracted so frequently. It is a GREAT thing to live and know you can be brought into that connection, you feel like you are really part of the whole plan and, when you think on it, it is very humbling- our God is so Great and He wants us all to know He loves each one❤
God is so patient! He made vow after vow knowing we might not keep our promises like him but still had faith in us. At the end he realised that no ordinary human could do it so he sent Jesus.
Thankyou, you have explained even more clearly how wide and how deep and how far reaching through time is the love and mercy and plans and faithfulness and kindness ❤ of the love of God towards us, frail man. What a great way to explain why Jesus came to earth from Heaven...to bless the whole world, to live a perfect life, to be the perfect king and to rescue us (the lost and broken sinners) and partner with us to have God's will be done on earth as it is done in Heaven. God's wonderful goal: a perfect Earth where it's citizens are totally blessed as they follow Him.

Thank you for sharing this video. I am relatively new to faith, but not new to knowing about Christianity. There was a period when I attended church and owned a Bible, yet I didn't truly believe or live by it. Now, recently a couple months ago I've chosen to understand what it means to have a relationship with Jesus and be his disciple. I've just completed reading Genesis. It's overwhelming to think that God would seek a partnership with me, given that I've disappointed Him greatly and am unreliable. I'm facing challenges in this new journey, which I recognize as part of the spiritual battle that is not against flesh and blood. This video is something I will be meditating on.

Latter-day Saints talk about covenants all the time. We see baptism as entering into a covenant relationship with Him on an individual basis. It's like formally putting on the yoke with Jesus Christ. Great video! Excellent explanations!

Fortunately, we will see the new beginning soon enough. Hard times are ahead, as mentioned in Matthew 24 and Ezekiel 38, but we will overcome, as the Lord is on our side.
This is a fantastic explanation for why the commandments of God given by Jesus (God) are supreme and take all precedents over all prior covenants and commands.
Simple style here is outstanding! And a marvelous message! Maybe it's just me as a post-production editor and motion graphic artist, but it tends to be that the gorgeous and more fanciful animation is harder for me to learn the ideas you're converying because I get so caught up in how stylish everything is. The plainness really helps me to follow along directly. I think the grandiosity can sometimes take away from the educational influence you're trying to provide - concepts, ideas, sometimes complex, frees my brain to process what you're saying following right along smoothly. I noticed the old covenants seemed to reflect in some ways the threefold office of Christ, Davidic covenants reflecting the kingly office, the covenants with Israel reflecting the prophetic office. Could the Abrahimic covenant reflect the priestly office? I know Abram is blessed by Melchizidek in Genesis 14, but that's the only connection I can think of

They were so into 'the law of Moses', that they thought that he was sitting on the throne and not God. They were practically worshiping Moses, as he performed miracles, and was the leader of the people for years.
They were hypocrites, who loved fame and human praise, so they would do what pleased them and gave glory to their name, instead of what God wants them to.

I love how Jesus bridges both sides of the covenants. He is human, so He fulfills the requirements of humanity's side of the covenant. And He is God, who keeps the promises of the covenant.

Hey Chris. Yes, that covenant is awesome hey!? But there is a "but" to this covenant: we have to stay loyal to Him and totally sold out to Christ for the whole of our lives on earth. So God is basically a teacher who did his best to teach us humans the correct ways of living, but because none of us really got it and we would have surely failed the class of life, God made himself a student who could write all our final exams for us in order for us to pass. I was taken by angels to speak with God, in a set of dreams that were not dreams. I had to be a frightened, violently raped by 4 men little boy though. I only have trust in what God told me though, nothing else going for me but that faith in God's words. I feel God is allowing me to share the things He had long ago told me, people really need to know, specially ones who capitalize their letters thinking that helps, but can't. I'll end here because this could get very, very long. I had ten dreams and one vision that introduced me to God right before the dreams. I'd recommend reading a Gospel book (i.e. the life of Jesus, the Savior) first to anyone, as that's the most relevant to us now, this might be better than going from the beginning to the end.
You are on the right track my friend. You can’t truly understand the New Testament if you haven’t read the old. We don’t read any other book starting towards the end so why do it with the Bible? You miss out on so much important and wonderful information that way! I didn’t realize this until way further down the line in my walk cause most churches recommend otherwise for some reason. I started reading the Old Testament and with the help of the Holy Spirit and reading what it actually says for myself so many questions I had were answered. You don't become married just by wearing a ring but once you're married, you wear the ring to show the fact. You're not saved because you are baptised. You get baptised because you are saved. And like the thief on the cross, if there are extenuating reasons why you don't get baptised God is understanding and you would still be saved (since it's not by any action that we ourselves did that we are saved but because of Jesus' action of dying on the cross) but if you can get baptised, I can't imagine why you wouldn't since it's a command.

Last week Jesus gave me 8 verses to confirm the rhinoceros its like a parable of Jesus and the Bride. Jesus is not dirty but He got dirty He said when He was a kid. Well He pooped His pants a few times He said , played in the mud. Like we all did.

On the night Jesus was born the barn was full of animals.

Everything changed the night Jesus was born. The son of God was born in a barn. Angels told the shepherds the savior is born and they rushed over to see. Amazing video! I’ve recently left the SDA church and am finally learning about the new covenant, how Jesus fulfils the law by his own grace and mercy. We don’t have to stick with the Mosaic covenant, it pointed toward what Jesus would do, because we could not. Hallelujah for his finished work!!

I used to have a sort of illness in my ear where I couldn't hear and I couldn't communicate right, and at schools I would be told to stay In a grade longer because I had bad communication so I would pronounce words wrong and say giberish things. I look back at it and cry sometimes but my parents say "You at least got healed by God and your not having to struggle with school, also you never had to stay in a grade." God is my savior and he can heal anything!

I just recently felt what that partnership feels like; it’s a different thing to really get the feeling that you’re working with Jesus, even so, it’s hard to stay on track, but He keeps calling back. I know I need to pray to keep closer to the connection and not get distracted so frequently. It is a GREAT thing to live and know you can be brought into that connection, you feel like you are really part of the whole plan and, when you think on it, it is very humbling- our God is so Great and He wants us all to know He loves each one❤

He made vow after vow knowing we might not keep our promises like him but still had faith in us. At the end he realised that no ordinary human could do it so he sent Jesus.
And that's why we should always have faith in Him

Thank you for sharing this video. I am relatively new to faith, but not new to knowing about Christianity. There was a period when I attended church and owned a Bible, yet I didn't truly believe or live by it. Now, recently a couple months ago I've chosen to understand what it means to have a relationship with Jesus and be his disciple. I've just completed reading Genesis. It's overwhelming to think that God would seek a partnership with me, given that I've disappointed Him greatly and am unreliable. I'm facing challenges in this new journey, which I recognize as part of the spiritual battle that is not against flesh and blood. This video is something I will be meditating on.

Latter-day Saints talk about covenants all the time. We see baptism as entering into a covenant relationship with Him on an individual basis. It's like formally putting on the yoke with Jesus Christ. Great video! Excellent explanations!

This is a fantastic explanation for why the commandments of God given by Jesus (God) are supreme and take all precedents over all prior covenants and commands.
Simple style here is outstanding! And a marvelous message! Maybe it's just me as a post-production editor and motion graphic artist, but it tends to be that the gorgeous and more fanciful animation is harder for me to learn the ideas you're converying because I get so caught up in how stylish everything is. The plainness really helps me to follow along directly. I think the grandiosity can sometimes take away from the educational influence you're trying to provide - concepts, ideas, sometimes complex, frees my brain to process what you're saying following right along smoothly. This channel has helped me see the bible through a WAY different lens. I used to not even enjoy reading the bible because I didn’t understand why so many people can interpret the bible in so many different way. But this channel has really taught me to let God speak directly to ME on what I should get out of each story and verse. Now I look forward to reading the bible every day. Thank you ❤️

People get to interpret it differently because they don't study context or understand the time in which it was written.
No scripture is of private interpretation as clearly stated by St. Peter in his epistles, you don't get to pick and choose what the Truth is, He is who He is, not what you want Him to be.
