Great tool!
But only if the walls are perfectly straight
I was proud of using 18" roller. This guy is a champ. How wide is this roller?
36 inch
@@Maxkilhat's what I thought! Man!!! If I could use something like that on any painting jobs that I've done in the past, I could work at almost 4 times the speed, that I used to.. before switching out to an 18" Roller, after I pretty much stopped using 9" rollers. They're good...to a point. However, it just takes way too long, using one of them. That system you're working here in this video ROCKS!!!!!
Everyone does it different - i liked it mate. People that are single minded never learn haha. You can tell your in full sunlight using shield - so i think it was a good idea 🤙
He is using a mastic paint which is made for stucco applications, that's why it's chunky because it's a very thick paint. Also his roller is already loaded which is why it is covering so well and it looks to be the second coat as well. He could spray it but he is getting a lot more coverage with a roller which means his paint will go alot further than with spraying. Mastic paint is not cheap. It's also a 24" inch roller I prefer a 18" . Looks like he's doing a good job so why all the negativity.
hes NOT DOING A GOOD JOB... If you looked at that wall when he's done it would look like shit...No cut in...Sloppy...Holidays, fossils...etc...I've had helper that paint better than that...it's not about speed so much as it's about quality...That paint will fail in one season...
@@godbluffvdgg it's has everything to do with speed if you want to make money. Got to be able to do it fast and have good quality at the same time and if you do it with a roller ,sprayer, are a brush you got to be fast.
@@junkyarddawgs9956 I understand your point, and I can't argue with speed...There's a time and place for it...But; How come he didn't paint the top first?...To get paid; usually you have to finish the job...That job was a dip and drip...As a painting business owner/remodeler...I was just not happy with what I saw...But; If he's getting paid and the client is happy; then all is well...Wide open exterior walls are the second easiest paint jobs...Floors are the easiest...I hope he makes a million...
@@godbluffvdgg I understand your point but he probably painted the bottom first because it was easier to do a video. I'm just speculating but he was doing the video by himself. One thing I have learned in this business is that I do not know everything and I am willing to learn something new that is why I watch videos like this and I hope he makes millions to but we know that is not going to happen.l don't think there are alot of millionaires in the painting business. Good to have a civil conversation with a fellow painter / remodeler.
@@junkyarddawgs9956 We have a few millionaire painters in the philly area...A well run paint business can make a lot of money!...We have a mainline/wealthy area near philly, with many multi million dollar houses ... I've done 150,000 exteriors personally...Employees suck these days though...:)...They're lazy and have no work ethic...All the good guys I've had have died or went on their own...
yessss! this sound track is awesome!
Good job!!
Nice work

A bunch of painting experts in the comment section! Good job bro!
I love it, so resourceful
At first I was skeptical. After watching you I feel that you had done a very good job. Your coverage was excellent. Thanks for the video.
I do a lot of stucco and shell dash. Also worked with a lot of kiem which is a non organic mineral base. Not in high demand in the US
NICE ! I've never seen a doubler roller frame before.
The time you gain.....you lose that time cleaning that big roller & Trey mate.
I always use a power nozzle and let the roller spin a 100 miles an hour :) 3 minutes for a regular or double.
Flipping heck that's unique what you have done. Brilliant idea mate might have to do same lol
Where do I find a “tray” that large? Where do I find a 36inch + cage? I’d by it tomorrow and try it out if available. If you made this item please provide plans or directions as I’d like to give it a shot. I will now dig through your videos and look for the answer to these questions… ty
Hello, incredible system! Where can we find and buy it ? Thanks a lot ! great video !

Hi.
Where did you buy the big/ long roller's, holding clamp and pole from please?
hi mate , we made it using two rollers
The great thing is you can paint the wall in the sun so fast that it doesn't dry and leave tacky lap lines.
Maxkil what size is this roller?
72cm
Maxkil thank you very much
what kind of roller? not the frame... I wanna know what skin you used... I would've used a colossus but you didn't back roll like you would've had to if you were using one so.???? wugdya use der hey, little buddy? you moving pretty quick but how was that Kik back and did you leave lines (heavy lines) well, thats all I have to say about that. quick😎
Sheep skin rollers tend to work great and if you know how to roll, it wont leave any lines behind... I remember back in 2000 Sherwin Williams and Dunn Edwards had quality rollers and brushes well compared to Home Depot lol and i still have the tools such great quality, special those Coronas Brushes

@@mickynedovic4518 yes i can! @4:15 he rolls a huge booger right into the wall...
Looks like he is using Sedona pastel which has sand Through it. if not it’s a membrane a lot thicker than normal paint
Where can i find that roller kit?
If I try this method, will I still have good results if I don't put down a long metal tripping hazard directly in my footpath?

Dude picked up the bin with the paint in it and immediately dropped it once the camera stopped rolling lol
Where can I find this!?
Same color on a smooth surface lol
Can you tell me where you found that slim tray?
Just from bunnings or somewhere
@@Maxkil can’t seem to find it, could you tell us exactly what is written on the sticker on the bucket/tray please

Didn't know Vanilla Ice can paint
Damn, everyone is so negative. Good work Man, you take pride in your work. 👍
Miguel Velez where’s the pride?
I'm reading the comments. What's wrong with people. This is a great invention. I paint huge projects. Granted I spray, but this would be great if you have 20,000 feet to roll. Really cool dude. Not sure why people are making a fuss. I can only think that they don't know what the heck they're talking about or they have little true experience. I love this dude.
I'm glad you like it mate! thanks again, Please subscribe Paul
