    Hey liv, love your content been watching for years :-)
    My problem is I have rather severe social anxiety (among other things) I have most of all I think this fear I am making mistakes/am inadequate etc. Its very paralysing and it stops me in every direction. (I havent worked or gone to school in 6 years etc) Do you think this would help? Ive been doing therapy for over 7 years now but nothing seems to work. I like your videos so I thought this could be helpful. Maybe its worth a try? I tend to feel very stuck and often s*icidal because of different reasons. I hope you will answer me,and also much luck to you !

      It’s lovely hearing from you! Sometimes paralyzing anxiety can have causes in deeper trauma and so those parts of you that felt unsaved or not approved of in the past need to be integrated first. But I think you would benefit from this practice for social anxiety especially. The practice is very simple but effective, and it’s focused on results, which is going out and do what you want to do. You can try this risk-free, and I’d be very curious to hear from you personally, or support you in the group.

      Okay ! I have preordered your course :). Sadly I dont think ill have much Internet next month, start of august is when I will have Internet again.
