Yes you can, and they will never patch it, it has been in the game from the start and stayed threw many patches before plus they don't release patches for Skyrim anymore just payed mods

An underrated and highly effective strategy that makes you pretty OP without any cheesing, is simply maxing out heavy armor and its perks, making out two handed weapons and all perks relevant to the sword through it, maxing out smithing and enchanting as well. Then, simply fortify your dragonplate armor and sword, enchant them with life steal and other useful buffs, and you'll be an unstoppable tank. For me, it was around level 40 I think when i had all the necessary points and progression for this.
@@TesEndless Well, yeah, but I mean I was taking down Dragons in 5 or 6 hits and face tanking Legendary dragons on Legendary difficulty. With how popular Stealth Archer is, and spell builds, melee so often gets overlooked
@@Espartanica I really only use melee mainly one handed but I made this character so I could play them all and it has been fun, It's gonna be better when I make a New Character....
At first I was just casting spells over and over but that got boring so I used the cheese teleport glitch, Just look up Telekinesis Glitch and it will show up.
Wouldnt the master level lighting beam spell be better than this method? Also with some armour/jewelry enchanted with destruction spells cost less mana
I tried the beam sense you get stuck in place he just thrums you off the cliff, My armor does have Reduced cost, I even tried Secret of arcana to get unlimited magic same problem doesn't do enough damage fast enough, and having to stand still just kills you

Yes, and you can tell when he is going to shout at you so shout first and you are good
