Thanks, most of the trains in the video are High Capacity Metro Trains (HCMTs), Melbourne’s newest trains which have been introduced over the last 2 years, they are very nice 👍
The HCMT trains on the Cranbourne and Pakenham Lines will be running through the new Metro Tunnel to the Sunbury Line by 2025 and to the Melbourne Airport Rail Link by 2029. However the current name for the train line “Pakenham” is not going to remain for much longer cause by 2024 next year when the line is extended to a new stations called “East Pakenham” the train line will become the “East Pakenham” Line.
