Why would the packers risk getting their backup QB injured when their starter is just about to come back from injury? Especially for a team that has playoff aspirations. The packers have enough offensive playmakers at this point. 3 good WR and a good RB is enough.
I’ve always wondered why no one has tried a true double QB backfield. Get into gun, 2 QBs, 1 in the 1 hole, 1 in the 2 hole. The rest of the formation is all changeable. Direct snap to one of them and get creative with lateral passes, eventually something would open up downfield. The risk/reward probably isn’t there if there’s a sack or fumble though😂
MLF always runs a handful of trick plays every year, I would not be surprised if he schemed one up for Malik at some point during the season. My ideal play call would be a RPO jet sweep from the left hash. Gives Willis the ability to use his legs or throw depending on what the defense does. That would be my trick play for Malik but I’m sure if MLF does draw something up it’d be a lot more clever lmao.
Put them Both on the Field in third long or fourth and two, or maybe even a kick or a punt, Willis could snap the ball. there’s all kinds of place they could use them for specially in the playoffs. Have a great day guys.
Extra packages with Malik Willis can prove counter productive in The Offense trying to do too much to keep the opposing defense honest and guessing , Moreover totally unnecessary As Coach Lafluer is Doing an outstanding Job in offensive play calls Without Jordan Love active in keeping the opponent's defense honest .Go Pack
I would say 100% yes to this. Maybe 5-6 plays a week in a game, maybe 0 the next, but just depends on the situation. He’s a player on the roster. Get every last drop of value you can out of this team and that means Willis does see a few snaps.
How 'bout Lafleur puts both of them on the field at the same time? Love under center, Willis in the backfield....how many options would Lafleur have then?
Put Malik as official holder, run a couple of fake field goals and keep 'em guessing. Or as some people said, say f*ck it and put 2 QBs on the field at once, spread them apart and let them lateral it until they have someone open, or even make a double read option with Love handing it to Malik on the sweep, and then him choosing run/pass
Can't beleive we got three HOF quarterbacks in a row. This Jordan Love backup is pretty good too!
Woo woo woo. HOF is getting way ahead of your skis. If Love gets us a Super Bowl we can start that conversation. Not before.
@@mrsmartypants_1i mean he can still make hof without a sb
Bro Jordan love is trash. Lol HOF😅
@@tygamer2436bro Love is Dak 2.0
@@KenKaniff-dw4jw not even 😂 your team must of lost to him 😂😂
Just find a way to get him on the field. The man has 4.4 speed

@@SJH22 You forgot the TEs.
Why risk stopping the run plays we could run with him? Jordan Love can't do jet sweep RPOs and get a lot of yards for us @@SJH22

Because it requires two throws and that can be problematic
Why do we think Love can't run the offense without that junk play
@@DavidBrown-oe1pe Who doesn’t think that Love can run the offense?
I like the idea of both of them playing at the same time. If both are capable make sure both are getting reps so that they stay ready.
I love how triggered Bears here in Kenosha are about us cheeseheads saying we got 2 good QBs over Calab. lol
I’d like a goal line formation with him

Fact check this vid for sure. Rotation at oline started last yr.
Let Willis start to see how it goes . Bring love in after if needed.
Malik Willis reminds me air mcnair, anyone?
All us Titan fans when he got drafted :)
We can hope. I think it’s a stretch, but after 2 games vs subpar teams, I’m happy with the wins and excited to see him develop.
more like Michael Vick
Hope Willis starts against the Vikings
I doubt it but maybe a little Taysom Hill type shit would be cool 😎

Yes your right
NO
Jordan Love is so overrated
They should do what the saints did with drew and I forgot the other QB name
