I love how scrapman and yzuei(the two main trailmakers youtubers who often do things with the devs) make beautiful combat ships and then we have rce on the other end of the spectrum just building a wall of thrust

Those speeds are the teleport speeds, where he is teleported from one end to the other

I learned from Scrapman's video that aerodynamics effect downforce and upforce on wedges. Meaning if you had all wedges pointing upwards you would be creating a lot of upforce and your vehicle will flip over. conversely if you flip the wedges over pointing downwards you would be creating a lot of downforce that may make your vehicle unstable. The best thing you can do is to balance the wedges out and put equal numbers pointing up and down. This will balance out the upforce and downforce making your vehicle more stable at higher speeds.
You could point then left and right, it would solve some problems
If you dont have any quantum rudders then you can go infinitely fast as the map loops around

I was hoping RCE would do a new Trailmakers video or series for this update. The new rocket reminded me that I found a "Strongest Shape" map on the Timberborn mods site, and I really think RCE needs to do a Timberborners season on that map.

The atmosphere is measured by the dial and represents atmospheric pressure (I assume), the gravity is measured by the x.xxg (1.00g representing the same gravity we have here on earth.)

At about 8:48 it went to 727,164mph. I had to slow down the playback speed to 0.25 to catch it though, since it was changing rapidly from 492k, to 587k, to 727k within that one second.
There's one frame where he hit something like 777,800mph. That's 1/1000th the speed of light so it's actually pretty impressive.

The "g" is the gravitational attraction of the planet devided by the gravitation of earth.
So 1 g is the same as earth.
0.5 g is half that of earth

I made it to 56k km/h with a few dragon engines, a couple rocket thrusters and no quantum directional ability, just a long line of thrust with a seat on the end which I could’ve made a huge giant cube bc there is no air resistance in space which I now realise

A bit comical that the devs create a whole lore to explain why the planets arent realistic in size and shape, but then proceed to give you something called a "quantum rudder" with 0 explanation how it works in 0 atmosphere environments
With quantum riders there is aerodynamics

theres actually been quite a few of ...... "thos" in space if you think about it.
You should try to recreate small space craft from sifi shows and test witch is best design in this game. E.g. X-Wing, Puddle Jumper, Tiy Fighter, F-302 ect.
