It's because the origin of the word is Algonquin which doesn't use the plural like Goose which originates from old germanic languages. so many moose vs Many geese

A tip for "cheaper" upgrades is to select only some of the Miners/ Grinder/ Cutter/ Crafter/ Mini-mincart, rather then upgrading all 100+ of them together.

It's basically a game that makes those games you see in click bait ads, real. It's really fun! I've seen some gameplay of it from the grumps and such.
