It never ceases to amaze my how you always get these hard removals, I was very happy just to be the casual observer on this one and not the one getting myself dirty and sweaty. I had a great time watching the master at work and cracking a few jokes with you, can't wait to do it again. I've only been lucky enough to get a small swarm off a front door and those people thought I was hero. You two do some of coolest swarm removals, I wouldn't even dream about attempting.

@@johnclarke4711 Look into Warra style comfort hive. Can be made out of pallets. Buy a hunk of beeswax and rub it inside all the boxes. Bait with lemon grass oil and if you have bees in your area you will catch them for free. I made the hive boxes for free with a little hard work and a saw.
Being a retired Police - Fire - Medical Specialist I agree it is a great idea to keep a fire extinguisher on hand at each jobsite. However, PLEASE get one that is dependable and is at least twice a big as what you had there. The POS you have on this clip is worthless. I encourage you to get an Amerex Brand 5# ABC dry chemical fire extinguisher to keep in your truck. Love your videos. Stay safe.
I believe that one reason my beans didn’t do any good this year there wasn’t any honey bees there to pollinate them had to be. We didn’t see any honey bees 🐝 there. Great video brother be safe and GOD BLESS y’all Amen 🙏
My brother told me he didn't see any honeybees this year either. My Mom's anise is still blooming, and it was positively covered with bees a couple of days ago, so I guess his country bees have moved into town, LOL.

I'm a born again 2nd year beekeeper in El Paso Tx. I cought a swarm in an old top bar hive in March 2018 and have kept them in that hive since then. I built a double deep long langstroth to move them into this spring. I was wondering when I cut them out of the top bar, should I orient the brood comb towards the front or back?
The very first time I went to New Orleans with my older sister around age 11 we saw a man get stomped to death right in front of our car at the mall. It was horrible. A friend of mine was murdered there in the 1990s.
Born and raised in NOLA.. unfortunately the crime is insane. Theres a lot of good and a lot of wonderful people but the crime and schools are terrible as well as the corrupt ass politicians.
Did my first cut out a few months ago turned out horrible what they said had been there for a few months had to have been there for years two sections between studs were full from floor to ceiling... I had no bee vac... I got stung over twenty times fifteen of which in one arm... missed the queen... and the hive died off afterwards because it was too late in the season and I couldn't find a replacement queen for them....
The worst way I ever got a free bees is when two bumblebees went up my britches leg while walking through a clover patch. I jumped in a pond. Then back out of the pond. Then went streaking.
I got two pant legs full of yellow jackets 🐝 one time I still don’t know how I got through a 5 strand barbed wire fence while pulling my pants off in one move lollllllllllll
@@randlerichardson5826 I`ve learned just to avoid the outdoors completely in the Fall because every year I`d get into a massive yellow jacket nest. The last time they were in a tall clothes basket under a porch at a friend`s house and all attacked at once. I was stung at least 50 times. Another time I was raking pine straw and was pinned in between some bushes and a fence with only one way out and got covered with them and had to strip to get them off of me while running through the yard beside a major highway. They were holding on to my clothes. It was almost dark when it happened and I didn`t realize what was happening until they started stinging my face. And now murder hornets are here!
I was driving up the boundad hill going towards Ignacio, Colorado had my window down and bee 🐝 came in my window stung me on my left hand. Who how's that kinda luck to get stung going 55-60 miles down the road.
Sorry I have not been commenting on your awesome videos for a ages! We have been off youtube for quite some time! Great to see you still posting awesome videos! I need to ask you and Mr Ed a question! Do you ever get warning stings from bees? I mean a sting where it does not go all the way in? I had 2 bees sting me about 6 times on my arm and chin but no sting was left in! Just baby stings! I had to open one of the hives because I thought there was a mouse inside! and it was about 2c out side so bees where all home! I also noticed about 12 drones in the Cluster helping to keep the hive warm! great big fat ones! I think Drones seem to produce alot more heat then ordinary workers. I wonder how many other bee keepers leave their drones alone? I guess not many.

I'm doing my first bee colony removal from an exterior wall this weekend. I really appreciate these videos that you and Jeff do, as this is one of the ways that I learn how to do it. What I am wondering, is whether you enter into a formal contract with a client or is it a handshake deal. Do you make it clear that damage could occur to the property. Also, do you carry liability insurance?
The last time I got stung LORD protect me from being stung Amen 🙏 but I was pushing a road out with a big case skid steer loader and dug a yellow jackets 🐝 nest out. 13 stings before I could get out of the loader and away from them. There’s only one way out of them skid steers that’s straight out

We're doing good. Been swamped with work lately and storm damage repairs. JP is still dealing with issues but getting better as I understand.

Doesn't matter much in the spring. Try and keep honey combs outside of the brood.
