This is exactly the stuff every RPG or MMO player has dreamed about for our entire lives. Bringing to a REAL GAME the kind of stuff you see in fantasy films or Fantasy/Isekai/MMO based Anime. I cant wait to try it, and even if it's bad, for whatever reason. I hope I get a few moments like this!
If you want isekai experience; SkyrimVR with AI is the closest to that experience. Not an mmorpg but the npc feel like real people the way they answer your questions... AI is amazing.
I remember playing TERA back in the days, there was a huge flying whale like this one in that game as well (maybe they got the inspiration from it since TERA was from NCSoft too) but riding the whale was something the players would ask to add for a decade, they never added it, so, being able to ride the flying whale in this game brings tears to my eyes, it re ignites my nostalgia in a way i can't describe.
Not even playing and it made me have the feelings I've had over the years of experiencing those once in a lifetime moments of a truly epic MMORPG, awesome video. 👌
The opposite... It's actually the most fluid game I ran in my toaster PC with a 10y/o GPU in ages. Seriously, I don't know HOW they did it, but the game is uber-optimized... Not even modern Diablo-Clones run so good and fluid on my PC.
Combat and UI are about as far from GW2 as you can get MMO wise. Exploration def feels similar but that’s about it. I wish more games would learn from GW2’s UI and combat. Feels so clean and polished

@@DanieliusGoriunovas As I head to endgame, it’s starting to seem less casual. In GW2 I like that ‘endgame’ is still exploring and adventuring around (because progression in horizontal). For T&L I’m starting to get the vibe that engame is dungeon/raiding, resource grinding to upgrade weap. and PvP… With the group PvP being a somewhat smaller World v. World type territory control system.

I'm not the biggest fan of MMORPG mostly because of how chaotic, like really really chaotic, it can be and most of the time the world look the same. But even I gotta admit that this is pretty fcking cool. The fact that you can ride it is already awesome, but seeing tens of players flying towards it makes it even better.
it really is a mind blowing game. i played on KR server. i saw that thing flying around, knew nothing about it. was exactly at that location and decided to just hop and glided on the back, i tell you was like "no way this is fking real, is this part of the game???" man your graphics setting make my 3080 like a 950 series
Guild Wars 2 is the cream of the crop when it comes to combat, UI, and stylized graphics. This game absolutely tops it on overall graphics and details and landscape though. Wish we could get a game that hits both marks
