Munich is the capital city of Bavaria, Germany and is known for its historic architecture, cultural landmarks, and annual Oktoberfest celebration. The city is also an economic hub and is home to many major corporations and research institutions. Munich has a rich history that spans over 850 years, including being a major center of the Renaissance and the birthplace of the Nazi party.Today, Munich is a popular tourist destination and attracts millions of visitors each year.
Our guided walking tour is about 4.35 miles (7 km) long, starts at Karlsplatz (Stachus Square), ends at English Garden and covers most attractions and historic sites of Munich Old Town.
