Worked! In case anyone reading: My passenger side back seat window wasn't going down using the master control switch (back seat window switches worked fine so I knew it wasn't the motor or anything worse) 1) followed your steps but instead I lowered the faulty window from the back seat switch 2) performed all steps using the driver side master switch driver side window switch 3) final step I used master control switch to raise the faulty window up and held for 2 seconds. 4) went to the faulty window and held the switch up for 2 seconds That did the trick! Thanks for pointing this out!

Hell yeah.. Thank you thank you. I have a kia optima 2015 and it worked. A couple of things were slightly different. - My window was already down so I didn't press down at the very beginning of the demonstration. - After he did the 4 times and the up for 2 seconds at the driver control, I went to my rear passenger switch and held in the up position about 10 cause I was listening to him talk and the mirror started to go up. So the only difference was that I had to hold it up much longer than 2 seconds on the final step. You the man!! Thanks! It was super cold this morning driving to work and it's suppose to rain tomorrow too. Life saver!!

Wow this totally worked! I have a 2016 Accord and yesterday I drove through a giant puddle and all of sudden my passenger window stopped working completely from driver control. I could roll it down from the passenger side but the auto didn't work. So I just followed your steps with the driver door open but the whole time doing the repeated steps I was pressing the button on the passenger door only not the driver side then after the last step I pressed the auto down on the passenger then up and it worked and the control from the driver side worked too! Thank you so much!

My problem is exactly the same as yours (rear left window bouncing). My Accord also all auto buttons but using push start button. I had problems with both rear windows on a 2020 Acura MDX after kiddies were pressing buttons. This worked 90% of the way. The other 10% was holding the 2 sec on the problem window switch, not on the driver's switch. Great video bro'... Helped a lot, saved me from bringing it in to the dealer! Thx!

Does the rear door, of the dysfunctional switch, need to remain shut, or can you open the driver side door, after closing it and open the rear door to complete the task?
Hopefully it helps, it has worked out ok for a lot of people all different types of cars so just give it a go and let other people know what car it works or doesn't work for.
It can be annoying looking for the correct information for your problem but are you sure it is a reset issue when it could be a switch or a motor or even a fuse? There are a few things that could be the problem. Hopefully you found the issue, sorry for the delay.
I currently have this problem on a 2014 Honday Odyssey The passenger window cannot be controlled from the control panel. Window goes down and up fine from passenger door but not from the center control. I don't have a key, it's a push button. Do you have any video using push button?
Your problem is most likely the driver door control switch, you need a new one. Swap out that window control switch on the driver door and it should be fine.

There could be a issue with the motor if you needed to pull it up.

Have you oiled the window frames to allowed the window to run smoothly?

Yes it should fix that issue, but im not sure if it works on the 508. Try it and let everyone know if it did and what car.
